I can't thank Levinson Law Group enough for helping settle my car accident claim!! I tried to negotiate with the insurance companies myself and got NOWHERE. I was rear ended, she was ruled 100% at fault and I still couldn't get anywhere with AAA (her insurance) or get any help from State Farm (mine). I can't say enough great things about this entire law firm. I was hit by someone back in Sept. and was terrified, injured and anxious, when I got in touch with this office. In fact, Gordon Levinson called me back after office hours, on a holiday weekend, less than 30 minutes after I left a message. He got back to me before my own insurance company did. I immediately felt relieved  after speaking with him. I am incredibly impressed with the expertise of this office and highly recommend them. I was involved in an auto accident where the other driver and his attorneys were completely unwilling to accept any fault, I was hesitant to hire an attorney because of a bad past experience. Levinson Law group came highly recommended to me so I decided to at least go to the free consultation. His building is fairly easy to find. I entered his office and was immediately greeted and offered a drink. I waited about 5 minutes and was led down the hallway to a presentation room where I was the star! I felt important and did not feel like a burden to their office. On the table was a massive spread of snacks. I met Gordon and Shannean and both were so warm and welcoming. I was asked the circumstances of the accident and they wanted all details which told me they were interested in not only having a "winnable" case but were also interested in getting justice for me.I have never met someone who was so invested in his potential client but you can just tell it's not just money for him, he cares about doing what's right. He showed me a video and handed me a book that he himself created!! Nothing went unsaid and everything you could imagine wondering was covered but he still took the time to explain the procedure and time frames to me. I was still in the middle of treatments so there was a brief period when my case was on pause. When my treatment was done I contacted them and they got straight to work, within what seemed like only a weeks time they had an extremely thorough demand letter written to the defendants attorney and when I say they changed their tune.... Boy did they do a compete 180 I still have the copy they gave me of that letter because I was just so amazed at how thorough it was. I'm a very patient person but throughout the period of waiting for my case to settle I would do period "how's it going" calls and was always able to talk to either Hillary or Shannean, never an answering machine or "I'll have her call you back" everything I would think of to speed the case up Shannean had already taken care of, I was never needed to follow up on anything which was so reassuring as I have always had to be my own advocate. My medical insurance had 30 days to submit the bill they had covered in order to get reimbursed so that was a little stressful, however 10 days into the 30 days I was contacted and told to come in because they had my check ready for me!! When I found out how much they had gotten me I was floored! I never even imagined it coming close to that amount. I have a stack of his business cards and his book in my car at all times just in case anyone ever needs it. I cannot explain what an easy, stress free experience it was being represented by his office. I hope I never need him again but I know I will be in great hands if I ever do. More...

Went in for a free consultation regarding a car accident I was in. Gordon spent an hour with me, and after we discussed the nature of the accident and several courses of action, he advised me to simply settle on my own. I randomly found Gordon and his team online.  I cannot express how lucky I feel to have found this amazing team.  Gordon's office is literally 12 hours away from where I live, and we never met in person.  But I felt like I knew them,  and was completely taken care of from day one! I recommend Gordon Levinson.I was in a parking lot getting into my vehicle. A car pulled into the space next to me and almost hit me. We exchanged a few words, then his car lurched forward striking me in the knees. He left the scene, but I got his tag number and called the police. There were no witnesses. I thought my case was a slam dunk, but my first attorney failed. Gordon took my case, and though it appeared to be unwinable, he was successful it getting me a significant settlement! He even helped me to recouppe monies from my previous attorney. I found Gordon to be a good listener and a great communicator. He was attentive, kind, compassionate, and reassuring. Gordon Levinson is a tremendous Personal injury lawyer who has worked for the big insurance companies in the past and since then has represented people against big insurance companies.  He knows both sides and will use his knowledge in your favor. I first hired Gordon for an auto accident over a decade ago. I was impressed by the personal service I received from his staff and especially Gordon himself. He was honest and walked me through expectations and time frames. In the end, I was extremely pleased with the service and my compensation. I have referred Gordon over the years several times to family members, friends and people who I run across that need his help. I always receive positive feedback after referring him. I've been told and have experienced how he personally will keep you in the loop and up to date on the progress of your case. It's a great feeling to know your lawyer makes time for you and will answer any of your questions but most of all be thorough to carefully examine the details regarding your situation. My last experience was amazing. Two years ago I was injured while riding my bike. I was struck by an object from a passing truck and tossed off my bike. It resulted in a severe shoulder injury. I was on a rural road and called the police but it was to late to track down the vehicle. I was not only hurting physically but financially too as the medical bills were adding up. I was told by most people that there wasn't much I could do and I'd have to absorb the building costs and pain resulting from the accident. I gave Gordon a call to see if there was any help I could explore. He shared with me there were some options we could look into even though most people. Gordon and his staff are the best!!! I've had bad experiences with attorneys in the past so it was difficult for me to trust another lawyer. Yet you have to have someone who knows how to handle the insurance company's and doctors if you are to get the treatment you deserve.. In my past experience they are great in the beginning when they get you to sign on with them then there to busy and totally have lost there fake compassion for you.. Not at all with Gordon he truly does care for you and treats you with respect. He talks to you like a real person and his actions prove his not full of crap as many attorneys are!! I've been a client of the Levinson Law Group since mid 2013. I was in a motorcycle accident where I was hit by a guy who ran a red light. I was pretty mangled and decided to get a lawyer. My experience with Gordon Levinson is that he competent, genuine, experienced, and concerned. You seek an attorney when you are vulnerable, in a time of need, when you may not be thinking clearly . . . but it's their job to protect you  . .  that's what they do . . . . so you don't have to be picky and choosy about an attorney, right? Think again.  Please . .  trust an attorney as much as you would somebody looking after your child. Interview them , ask them questions (what are their expectations). An exceptional attorney will be honest with you. A 'wanna be' attorney, who really belongs in sales, will beat around the bush. My experience with Gordon Levinson is that he direct (so as to not confuse things or get you to make decisions you will regret later). I love how he actually listens  (yes. . . .I know that's a tactic to get people to like you so you will write good reviews about them . . my intuition says no ulterior motives here)  He not only allows you to talk with no interruptions . . I have a thing or two to learn from him . . .but he even pauses and thinks about what you say. You know what it's like when you are talking to someone and they are either thinking about the next thing they are going to say or thinking about the best sales pitch. He has showed genuine sympathy and concern about my circumstances and spent a great deal of time and effort on advising me what to do,  even after we agreed he was not going to take my case.
