We are a health and fitness company that focuses on you. We are all different, we accept and acknowledge that and work with you to help you look, feel and perform better.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Everyone is different, we all have different backgrounds and a different end result. So the questions that matter the most are: will be does this work for you? Do you enjoy this? Can you do this? Do you want to do this?
We tailor everything around you and your lifestyle, it isn't always easy but it is always needed.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and support. Everyone has a meltdown when life gets tough, when you go off plan or you when you just get stuck in a rut. This is where the support of not only the coach, but the community built here comes in. Nobody needs to do this on your own.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people from all walks of life, and finding a way to get them happy and healthy. Everyone has different wants and needs, so balancing those out individually is always a challenge. Plus, who else would I get TV series suggestions from?
What inspired you to start your own business?
The culture of gyms is one of the biggest problems facing our society. We are often remote and ignorant of those around us, even though we are all scared and unsure. Unfortunately, few gyms are willing to change this as it is incredibly profitable having someone pay every month and not come. I didn't want to be apart of that. To change you have to be present and be accountable.
What is important to me is having the right culture, the right attitude and the right people around. This is something that can only be done if we build it ourselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
Coaching is hard, and I understand that. I am always learning, and have a great network of peers and friends to help push each other to a higher standard of service. But I would be naive to think I could help everyone. Personality and relationships are two very important parts of this journey, so before you decide who is going to take you from A to B, you need to make sure you believe in them and enjoy being around them

Something we find quite common is people who join is are making basic mistakes with their food that are costing them dearly when trying to change the way they look. We keep it simple and make small, individual tweaks to people's diets so they can progress at a much quicker rate.
It is all well and good 'going to the gym' but if you aren't effectively using your time you won't see the results you want and you will stop long before any positives can come out of it. We use our training methods to give everyone the most time effective session so they can have training as a part of their lives, not controlling their lives.
We all have tried to do it on our own, and most of us haven't been successful. Here everyone supports each other. We have a private Facebook group for members where we can encourage and ask questions in a judgment free zone.
