Always great communication and transparency, amazing support and will look after your tenants.
They have been great at finding good tenants for us, not just quickly(within a week) but also reliable and loyal ones.
Very easy to work with and as a landlord I am assured they keep up to date with all the consistently changing policies.
All in all fantastic experience with them, all the staff and great and fun to communicate with.

Letsafe have managed my portfolio of properties since they opened for business five years ago. They could not be better.
They liaise closely with tenants to ensure tenants are happy which means tenants tend to stay for a long time which is what most landlords are looking for. When a property does become vacant, Letsafe invariably find a new tenant very quickly. On the odd occasion a tenant falls into arrears, they are quick to take action so very rarely do I have any arrears problems.
In summary their service is first class and I would highly recommend them to both tenants and landlords.

Excellent service from Letsafe Silverlink. I’ve been renting with them since May 2018 and would highly recommend them. The initial visits and set up of renting the property was dealt with efficiently, smoothly and in a very friendly manner. I’ve had to contact the office a couple of times since then and my queries were dealt with quickly and I was very satisfied with the result.
