What do you love most about your job?
As corny, obvious and cheesy as it sounds, helping people. But even more so than that using a wealth of quite frankly, really interesting knowledge to do so, which is also backed up by science and human experience.
There is great honor in someone trusting you to share their, often very intimate, life experiences with and walking through a part of their life with them in the hope that together you can help them become more content within themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience studying and working in the field of psychology and helping people overcome a wide range of difficulties.
Unlike a lot of counsellors/therapists I have experience in providing lots of different types of therapies which allows me to tailor your treatments to what you need and a much more indepth awareness of how our minds work.
Working online/ via the telephone means that you don't have to travel for treatment, gives me more flexibility as to what times I am available and allows me to provide doctorate level therapy at a more equal cost to counsellors.
I also like to think that my own personal experiences of having struggled with mental health difficulties and having a physical disability and receiving therapy myself has left me very aware of what it is like to be on the other side of the metaphorical desk.
