When I got engaged, I a lot of the feedback I received from Brides was that the getting married would be stressful and the day of can be fraught with logistical nightmares. I knew that I wanted my day to run smoothly and not worry about the logistics of the day. I stumbled upon Let's Party at a Bridal Expo and booked a consultation. My fiancé and I met with Leena and instantly connected. She described her services with great detail and answered all of our questions. We did not use their full planning service but had them coordinate the day of the wedding, which took several months to do. Leena was very responsive over email and really made an effort to get to know what we wanted out of the day. The wedding dat went beyond smooth - it was perfect. From the ceremony to the reception, our coordinators were always working to ensure every one was where they needed to be and everything was on schedule. Because of their hard work and Leena’s Planning, I really felt like a guest at my wedding, which is exactly what I wanted and what I was promised. Working with Leena and her staff was honestly so amazing. It was so nice to know that anytime I had a question, I could get a super fast reply and feel at ease. I had no idea where to start so I got the full service package. Wow, this was a huge lifesaver for me. I was overwhelmed trying to find a venue for my wedding and when I started working with Leena she made it so much easier and she saved me a lot of headache. I had no idea what to really look out for and how to process all the information I was getting, so it helped to know she would take care of it for me. She did up my budget and we stayed on track which is great, because a lot of my friends were stressed about finances when they planned their weddings, and I'm happy to have had this help. She recommended a lot of suppliers to me and they were all really amazing. Honestly, it was so nice to just know she was willing to make this happen for me, but at the same time she was totally fine with me finding some of my own suppliers too, so that was a great balance. I was so stress-free on my wedding day, thanks to the folks at Let's Party Consultants. I hired them for the day-of and they were amazing both leading up to my wedding and on the day itself. I loved that nobody asked me any questions or looked to us to do anything. I was really able to hang out with everyone, be surrounded by family, and not worry how everything was coming together. I could not have planned my wedding day without Leena and her team. From the beginning, Leena had a way of making me feel very comfortable and made the wedding planning process much easier. She helped make an itinerary for my wedding and made sure that all my vendors were contacted and ensured everything was the way I wanted. Leena made sure that me and my (now) hubby were in total control of our wedding so it didn’t feel like we were being pushed towards vendors we didn’t like or were being pushed to spend more money.

We had hired Leena and her team at Let's Party Consultants for our wedding just this past july 13th. I must say we were first a little skeptical about hiring a wedding planner and what it would entail. We were concerned about our budget - which seems to be the issue for most couple lol. Leena was very firm on planning our wedding that fit our budget - with her knowledge and expertise on the wedding business she knew the right vendors to send us to that fit our budget without sacrificing quality. I must say, this was a big deal fr us because she helped us save money that me and my now hubby saved extra money for an extra special honeymoon :)

t has been nearly two months since our wedding day and I finally have moment to write a review! My Husband and I are so incredibly pleased with the quality, and professionalism throughout the entire process from Leena and Tanya. Tanya did a phenomenal job with our florals and certainly exceeded our expectations! Tanya took our decor vision and transformed our room into exactly what we wanted.

The process was a breeze with the incredibly organized Leena! Through all my changes Leena was there to contact her suggested vendors to ensure this was seamless. All the vendors were beyond supportive and cooperative.

The decor was magnificent! Around the room wall draping and all!! LPC offered all the unique ideas to us to ensure that our wedding was distinctively ours. The flower's from start to finish exceeded my expectations! The ceremony into the reception all the way down to the removal of all the items of the event it was executed seamlessly!

I would suggest to anyone to hire Leena as a coordinator, who will always ensure your day is taken care of from start to finish. Post Wedding we heard that the cake was late as well as the second course, however I had no idea due to the amazing organization and seamless planning from Leena.

Our guests ranted and raved about how amazing everything was about our day.

I used Leena back in the summer after being referred to her by a close friend of mine. I cannot put into words how valuable the team were on our special day!

We had a few hiccups on the day.. losing a box of items for the receiving table was the first problem (you cant trust men with anything lol!) Leena and Poppy managed to source most of the items at a local mall.. and they drove to get everything in a blink of an eye! We were all gobsmacked... it was a massive relief!
It then started to rain but Leena had arrange a back up plan for that also and it ended up working out better than the original plan.

I could go on forever! Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and we could not have managed it without the team.
If you want a wedding planner who does everything with a big smile then these are the team for you.

I can't even put into words how amazing our day was.

We used Lets party initially for day of service but we were blown away when they showed us the floral side. . we were looking for something really unique and they created that for us! Tanya from the floral department knew exactly what we envisioned and brought it to life whilst making sure we stayed wihin budget.

I couldn't believe the negative reviews I've read and wanted to share the experience we've had with Leena and her staff as they were truly amazing to work with. When we first started the wedding planning process we didn't really put a lot of thought into hiring a wedding coordinator. In all honesty the thought of a "Wedding Coordinator" seemed like an unnecessary luxury and we figured our money was better used in other areas. We were talking with a lot of married friends and noticed a trend... The ones who had used a coordinator kept telling us how thankful they were that they had. And the ones who had not used one deeply regretted it and urged us to get one. We contacted few people getting a bit discouraged because they were either ridiculously overpriced or not in the least bit flexible. Out of all the people we called Leena was the ONLY one that offered to come to us and meet us. I thought, "finally". Someone who cares! From our first meeting we were impressed by her. Throughout the whole process she was nothing but professional, organized, and truthfully a bit of a ball buster. Which is EXACTLY what we were looking for in a wedding planner. She was always available by phone or email so it's surprising to read otherwise. When it was the actual wedding day it ran perfect and we receiving nothing but positive feedback from our guests! think the best part for my wife and I was that my family and friends were able to actually enjoy the celebration. We hired Leena as our Day of Wedding Coordinator to keep everything in line and running smoothly all day. Leena helped us out so much by creating our wedding timeline and making us realize there were things we hadn't even thought about. She was so quick to answer all my emails and kept constant communication. Unfortunately, the day of the wedding Leena wasn't able to be there and had to send someone in her place. I feel like things would've been much smoother if she had been able to be there and also if we had actually gotten her to be there earlier in the day. I had a large wedding back in 2015 and needed hsupport the day with over 400 guests i didnt want my bridal party having to deal with a lot of things on the day.
I ended up using Lets Party to help me plan beforehand which meant that the day was seamless as they knew the companies I had used and they dealt with them if there were any issues.
On the day the venue were so desperate to get the food out even though we werent ready with our speeches but Arra was straight on it and managed everything so we had no stresses.
We also hired two photobooths and one of them had ANOTHER COUPLES name on from a previous wedding.. I didnt realize until after when we debriefed but the girls from lets party had spotted it and sorted it within minutes.. it may seem small but our guests photos would have been ruined with a random name if Arra and the team had not seen it and rectified. lol

Never thought hiring a planner would be so helpful! At first, my fiancé and I were skeptical about hiring a wedding planner because we weren’t sure if it was in our budget because the cost of our wedding budget wasn’t that high. We hired Let’s Party Consultants for the day of planning and I was a little skeptical at first as to what it would entail. It turned out that hiring Leena for the day off was a good decision as she was there so save the day lol We had a horrible experience with our limo company, as they came earlier and brought all of our guests to the hall earlier and claimed that they were leaving an hour early. Some of our guests had to travel by a cab! Leena was amazing enough to pay for our guests cabs! She even called our limo company and helped us reimburse some of our money – we then wished that we hired her for the full planning process. I don’t know what would have happened if she didn’t save the day or if another planner would do what she did.

Let’s party also helped us on our wedding day as our florist didn’t show up. We also hired her just for the Day of Services. Can you imagine your florist bailing on you the night before your wedding? Luckily, I had 24-hr emergency service with leena. I called her in the middle of night crying and freeing out because I had lost money and could not get a florist at 1 in the morning. Leena called up one of her vendors from the Trump Hotel and got her and her team to make centre pieces and bouquets!! I couldn’t believe how she pulled it off and she didn’t even charge me extra!!!!
