Elsa was friendly and helpful and provided a 4 tier cake for my daughter's wedding .Each tier was a different flavour of my daughter's choice and all delicious. The delivery was efficient and Elsa liased with the florist and decorated the cake with fresh flowers, making it look amazing. She even threw in some vegan cupcakes free of charge. Would highly recommend Elsa and use her for any future celebrations. Many thanks Elsa for helping to make the wedding a wonderful day. More...

Elsa made a phenomenal cake for my son’s wedding. A theee tiered epic with pecan and maple, cherry bakewell and chocolate. She also made a gluten free red velvet cake. Feedback from the gluten free brigade...the best gluten free cake they’d ever eaten! As for the main cake, wow! It looked amazing and tasted fantastic. All delivered fuss free to the venue. Definitely recommend Elsa for wedding cakes and presumably any other function where cake is needed!! Deb More...

A baker of cakes and an artist of visual perfectionWe met Elsa at a wedding fair. We spotted her cakes literally from across the hall, and we knew we’d found a serious contender. But it wasn’t until she said hello and, with the lifelong friends chat that proceeded for much longer than she could give at a wedding fair, we knew Elsa had to be part of our wedding. A few weeks later we sampled three different cake flavours with Elsa and, despite taking a deciding third vote with us to help, we were unable to pick a favourite for our cake. What to do? We picked all three!Our request to Elsa was simple (not) - the cake had to be big! A NYE wedding with a ‘go big or go home’ theme needed a cake to match.Over the coming months we chatted about our wedding plans and asked for some of these to be included in our cake, however we wanted Elsa to use her own imagination and keep the final design a surprise. Having organised every part of a day the wedding cake was the part of our wedding the both of us were so excited to see for the first time. And we knew we’d picked the right person who wasn’t about to disappoint.As the doors to our wedding reception opened for the first time we peered around and saw the most beautiful cake we both had ever seen. It was perfect, truly perfect; seven tiers of sugar crafted perfection. Elsa gave us a cake that was both delicate and masculine at the same time, with hand-painted tartan to match our wedding outfits, handcrafted sugar flowers that were 100% match to our wedding flowers on the tables, diamanté sections to match the glitzy theme...you name it, Elsa delivered it. And then some. It tasted even better than it looked, if that was possible.The feedback we have had on the cake has been incredible, and we could not be happier with our choice. Elsa is understanding, patient, creative, and brings everything she has to the table to make sure you get the best possible wedding cake on the day.We have been so lucky with the people that became part of our day, and Elsa is a big part of that - we met Elsa as a baker, a artist, and we leave our wedding with a friend, we sincerely hope for life.Thank you Elsa.M&GXxxxSent from my iPad More...
