House Cleaning
Lesley and l reached a mutually satisfactory arrangement. The day before she was due to start cleaning for me, she phoned to say she would prefer to come two days later. No problem by me.BUT she did not arrive. No phone call, no explanation. Two days later, still no call from her, l phoned her, but did not answer my call. Then she phoned me, but when l answered, the call was terminated. I am at a loss to understand her behaviour, and cannot comment on her work as she has not done any. At interview she seemed to be a very nice, cooperative girl. l would appreciate an explanation, please. More...

I have spoken to Barbara and explained that due to a bereavement in my family I had to make a last minute trip to Scotland. Barbara was very kind and understanding about the whole situation. We have come to a new arrangement and are both happy to continue.
