Review of Les Sincavage Graphic Services, LLC by C Charlesworth

We were impressed by how quickly Les understood our stick figure ideas and responded so promptly with quality design. We also really appreciated being presented with options, which gave us an opportunity to work collaboratively and to create some new ideas that we hadn’t considered ourselves.

A mutual friend recommended LSGS for some design work in 2015 and we have been working together on a variety of projects ever since. Les has been extremely creative and efficient in all of our projects including, but not limited to photography, layout & design for print ads, web design and complete ad campaigns from inception to production. Les and the team are fun to work with!

Les Sincavage Graphic Services, LLC Q&A

Company Q&A

What makes a great website?

I feel that a great website can be broken down into 3 steps:
1. Your site must be clean, modern and capture your visitors attention to initially make them want to visit your site.
2. Once on your site, the visitor must be comfortable navigating your site. If it is over whelming or too confusing, you run the risk of loosing the them.
3. Give them a reason to come back. Keep your site current by posting new offers, events and specials to entice a return visit.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

I like to fully understand the scope of the project, whether it be a logo design or a full website, the more information I get from you, the better I can bring your dream to life. So i may ask you:
1. What is your vision for the project?
2. What do you want to obtain from the project?
3. What other elements do you feel may need to be designed in addition to this project that may help get the business off the ground? I usually aid with suggestions on step by step processes for advertising for a new businesses goals. :)

Describe your creative process.

My creative process varies from project to project, but generally consists of obtaining the information I need from a client to fully understand their business. Research what other similar businesses are doing and how well they are performing. Create a unique design to ensure you stand out positively from your competition. I then create a few design options for the client to choose from. Make any tweaks if necessary and then present the final product.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?

I like to fully understand the scope of the project, whether it be a logo design or a full website, the more information I get from you, the better I can bring your dream to life. I then like to make sure what you want fits within your budget. Sometimes there are instances where the dream out weighs the budget. However, I ALWAYS try to work with in the confines of your budget to provide you with an amazing and effective design to build your business.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is having the ability to use my talents and experience to provide others with my creations to help them succeed and grow their dreams. As well, I can continue to live my dream of being a business owner and artist sharing my creations!

What inspired you to start your own business?

After I several years of working for different Fortune 500 companies and achieving my goals at becoming an Art Director and working long hours throughout long weeks and weekends. I wanted to step back and pursuit my dream of becoming a business owner. I wanted to be able to set my own schedule, work with people I chose to work with and spent more time with my family. So in 2013 I did just that and have been happily doing it ever since and could not be any happier!

Why should our clients choose you?

If you choose me as your designer, I promise I will do my best to ensure you are 100% comfortable during the entire design process, as well as, ensure I capture your every detail in making your dream a reality. I pride myself in keeping an open and comfortable relationship with my clients. As with most of my clients, we become like a little family that grows together. I look forward to the new journey ahead with you!
