I called at 10:30 am and asked for an arrangement that I wanted to pick up in 2 hours. Melinda was so kind and helpful, and asked for my input as to what I wanted, specific flowers, colors. What I picked up exceeded my expectations, and made a wonderful gift for my sisters birthday. I could not be happier with my decision to go with Les Bouquets for my wedding flowers! Melinda was wonderful to work with- very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable about flowers and floral design, and very thorough in her communication. My mom and I visited Melinda's shop several months before my wedding to begin discussing our flowers. I don't know much about flowers, but I did have some images of arrangements that I liked. Melinda was able to capture the essence of the styles that I liked in the pictures while still making the bouquets look unique for our wedding day. In addition to the standard bouquets and boutonnieres, we also had a chuppa at our wedding, which Melinda was able to design a floral arrangement which completely exceeded our expectations. While Melinda's floral design is exceptional, what I liked most about her is how personable she was throughout the entire process. I should also note that I recommended Melinda to my mother-in-law for our rehearsal dinner flowers, and Melinda completely delivered. Highly recommend Les Bouquets! Melinda is extremely qualified and amazing with color and floral arrangements. Decorating/flowers are not my forte, but I was able to give Melinda a general idea of what we were thinking and she did a phenomenal job. We even had male guests comment on how beautiful our centerpieces at the reception were and all the bridesmaids' bouquets stayed extremely intact throughout the day. Les Bouquets pulled together an arrangement in under 2 hours for me to give my sister. It was personal (shades pf purple, green and grey) and very creative in the flower choices. We used Les Bouquets for our daughter's September wedding. I loved how Melinda had samples of artificial flowers on hand and could easily pull together sample bouquets and arrangements so we could easily visualize what we would be getting. We wanted a "rustic" look to match the decor of the venue. After telling Melinda the colors we liked, we told her to just use her judgement and she designed the perfect bouquets and table designs. Melinda is an artist and that is evident when you see her creativity when designing floral arrangements. Melinda and the staff at Les Bouquets did an amazing job for our wedding!! Talking with Melinda and going through my ideas plus her experience and vision was wonderful. She helped us plan exactly what I was hoping for and showed us examples as well. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful, they were on time, and I received so many compliments on how beautiful they were. Do you want jaw-droppingly beautiful flowers?!?!  Les Bouquets is absolutely fantastic!  Melinda is the owner and she has fantastic customer service. She is really personable and helpful.  She did not turn her nose down at us for our more *modest* floral budget (I had no idea how much flowers were going to cost!).  And she helped us find ways to reduce the cost and make our wedding something beautiful that we could afford.   We had two consultation appointments with her in her Webster Groves studio.  When you walk into her shop, you can smell the fragrance of all of her fresh flowers.  On our first visit, we were mainly discussing ideas and trying to price out our contract.  She has tubs of silk florals so that you can visualize what she is seeing when she is discussing all kinds of flowers you've never heard of.  She also uses her laptop as a tool and even sometimes brought out some of her fresh flowers to show us.  She has a lot of vases and things to rent to help create your vision and she seems to respect all different styles and tastes.  On our second consultation, closer to the date of our wedding, we finalized our plans.  I even changed up a few of our ideas for the bouquets, and Melinda was very helpful.  When it came to the wedding day, we were worry free!  Melinda herself was at the church helping to pin all of the men's flowers on and get the bouquets/corsages to the ladies.  When we arrived at our reception, everything was perfectly in place!  We also had Les Bouquets add flowers to our cake.  Every detail was exact!  At the end of the night, Melinda's husband and business partner came to help clean up and collect the vases we had rented.  He was great and even brought out floral paper to wrap the centerpieces in so our guests could take some home!  My bouquet lasted beautifully for weeks, and now I've dried it hoping to find something cool to do with it. When I got back all of our wedding photos, I have to say that the flowers were my favorite part.  They are so vivid and bright--they are exactly what we wanted, and I could not be happier with our choice of going with Les Bouquets! I was an out of town bride and Les Bouquets was a dream come true! They were so quick to respond to any questions I had via email and were extremely easy to talk to on the phone. We were lucky enough to go in for a first meeting and just from that meeting and my Pinterest page they were able to completely understand my vision and wants. They were also absolutely amazing working within a budget and so flexible and actually helpful in trimming little bits here and there to actually come in under budget!! I never felt awkward talking budget with them. They really want you to have your perfect day without spending a lot and will come up with lots of ideas and suggestions to help. I never had a single problem with not being on the same page, being over budget, or with fast communication. They also travelled all the way to Chaumette for the wedding, set everything up, and helped with all the corsages and bouts. When we finally saw everything the day of we were all BLOWN away!! Everything was so beautiful, smelled amazing and gigantic! My bouquet, the centerpieces, and bridesmaid bouquets were so much bigger than I expected. Absolutely a dream!! Loved my bouquet and the ceremony and reception decorations. They were gorgeous, in keeping with the theme, and we got so many compliments. The bridesmaid bouquets had some colors I said I hadn't wanted (get everything in writing--even what you don't want), so I was a little put off at first glance, but again, others liked them, so I went with it. I was very pleased that Melinda worked with me to think outside the box, including a more organic look and incorporating non-standard flowers and plants including wooden boxes and apothecary jars containing terrariums. I'm happy overall with going with Les Bouquets and would recommend them to any future bride. More...

They had our flowers shipped directly here and our bouquets transported so Melinda could still make them in St. Louis. Melinda makes the most beautiful floral arrangements I have ever seen, I even recommend her to brides that are out of state. She is that good! They are friendly, professional, experts in their field, and will help brides with any budget. Melinda is a true artist and knows how to make ideas/dreams into a reality.
