What do you love most about your job?
A Mission to Fulfil
Since I was a teenager, helping people change to a healthier lifestyle is something I truly enjoy. My mentality towards achieving this is to help them do so with pleasure. I know that many people do not have the time and motivation to workout at home or in the gym. As your personal trainer, you can achieve results within a reasonable amount of time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Finding a Purpose
During my time as a military carrier, I did not have access to the gym. This circumstance forced me to improvise exercises and equipment in order to build stamina and stay in shape.
In Europe, I went to see a specialist and became a personal trainer. It is also where I developed my instructor skills in performing endurance exercises which I now do for a living.
