We are proud to be a member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA), this gives our clients the knowledge that they are using an Accountant who is a member of a worldwide renowned accounting body, who we must adhere to their strict professional regulations when looking after our clients.
Of course, we will always look at your business and accounting information to help make you and your business as tax efficient as possible. Not only that but we will also always suggest changes that could be made to help you save time when looking after your business so that you can spend more time with your family or on other interests.
What do you love most about your job?
The one thing I enjoy about being an Accountant is having the opportunity to help people with their businesses and use my experience to help clients grow their business and pay just the right amount of tax.
Its always rewarding when you suggest a solution to a client that they didn't know existed or suggest a different way of doing things to save some time and tax.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Leonard & Co, Chartered Certified Accountants as I wanted to put into practice some of my ideas on how a modern accountant should be there to support their clients, rather than the more traditional approach of issuing a bill to the client every time they spoke to their accountant. I wanted to make it more straight forward and easier for the client to be able to get the most help and support as possible from their accountant without incurring additional fees all the time.
I believe we have put things in place now to be able to do this, with the fixed fees, free telephone advice and support and an open door policy to allow the client to call in and see us whenever they need to.

We are a modern firm of accountants who enjoy embracing the new technology that is available and would encourage any client to use a cloud based accounting program to help keep track of their accounting records.
We are also here to help and support our clients whenever they need us whilst providing them with the knowledge that they will not receive a bill from us every time they contact us. We would encourage clients to ask us as many questions as possible in order to provide them with the help and support they need, all carried out at a fixed fee.
