Leon is a great personal trainer. He keeps me motivated and is personable. I've been able to achieve my fitness goals and Leon helps me plan for the next set of goals to achieve. Thanks very much Leon

Wow what a rollercoaster ride , my fitness and strength levels have improved and my shape has changed back too what it was 20 years ago, changed my attitude from " I can't" to " I have achieved". Since meeting Leon, it’s the first time I’ve ever enjoyed training in a gym. Time passes quickly and the sessions are varied. He is very friendly person with a good sense of humour. I would like to spend session to talk instead of workout,but he never let me be lazy :)
With Leon you can get exactly what you want! I would highly recommend him.

3 weeks in and I have lost 16.3lbs. All down to Leon and his recommendations of healthy eating and due to the personal training sessions. Brilliant at his job. Am starting to feel stronger every week and have definitely been inspired to be more determined and have more belief in myself that I can do and now try to do rather than saying 'I cant'. More...

I looked at lots of personal trainer websites before selecting Leon. I hadn't been to a gym for such a long time and needed lots of help and guidance. I cannot speak highly enough of Leon. If you're losing at losing weight and toning up, he is your man. No words can express my gratitude for this guy as all the tips and instructions he gave me the past 4 months have helped me knock down a crazy amount of weight transforming me into a brand new man! He is comunicative, always willing to help or answer any questions if confused, and very good at what he does. He knows exactly what to exercise and when, yet most importantly he pays attention to your progress. Effective workout routines given!

Leon is a calm, friendly and knowledgeable trainer who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and become fitter and stronger. His gym sessions are fun and varied and push you far enough to keep improving but not so far that you can't walk for a week and your arms don't work anymore. I've definitely noticed a difference since starting training with Leon and he's always ready to share his extensive knowledge of nutrition, macros and the best way to manage your eating habits in a manageable and sustainable way, without hard-to-keep-up restrictions on food groups and impossible calorie restrictions. He'll teach you how to get fitter and stay fitter and to achieve the goals you want to achieve in a fun, friendly and supportive way. I'd definitely recommend training with Leon, he even managed to get me into the gym and enjoying, not something I ever thought I'd see! More...

I would like to thank my personal trainer Mr Leon Coupe for everything he has helped me achieve. Knowing that I wanted to become a lot stronger physically and mentally, he has pushed me all the way through and still is. My bad habits are almost diminished, my strength has rocketed and my intelligence on macros and choice of nutrition has absolutely changed for the better.
