I had a security system fitted by Lenz Security about 9 months ago. We had 3 companies quote us for this domestic installation; all seemed to be good quality systems but the Lenz system impressed us the most, not least because they seemed the most realistic. We have not been disappointed. The installation was carried out smoothly and without requiring any remedial decoration. The system works as it should. We subsequently requested some modifications to the functioning of the system and these were implemented very quickly. We recently had a problem with the internet here following a power cut. The response to our request was immediate and full functionality restored within 2 days. It would have been the next day but we were busy!In short this is a most impressive company providing a quality system and outstanding support. The service from start to finish has been outstanding. We received a free quote with no pressure to proceed. Once we went ahead with the works they were completed quickly and professionally and our property was left immaculate upon completion. We had a full CCTV and Alarm system installed and will add further products in the future. After the works were completed we had other works at the property completed and Lenz have been more than helpful, visiting us to disconnect and reconnect the system on two occasions and providing support when needed. "Andrew from Lenz security came to fit an alarm system for my Mother-In-Law. He told me what to expect prior to visiting, in terms of time required, costs, after care and generally anything to expect during the visit. Andrew turned up on time despite having to travel fairly far and he was courteous and professional, being sure to ask us before doing any alterations such as moving furniture or drilling holes and after fitting and testing, he thoroughly explained the setup and how to use it and even my technophobe Mum-in-Law (who has never even used email) grasped it after Andrew went through it and demonstrated. Got my alarm system fitted by Lenz and absolutely over the moon with it. I can set and disable my alarm from my phone and call the police if needed.
Very competitive price compared to other firms and the service is second to none.
Would definitely recommend plus I know they do camera systems which can be integrated with the app you can get on the phone. It all works with your wifi and is easy to setup. They work very efficiently and have helped me move my alarm system from one house to another completely hassle free and at short notice. � 10/10

Simply a superb Security Company and an absolutely amazing service whereby they actually listen to what you want and put their customer first. I'm a single Mum with 1 Daughter and I have had 3 CCTV cameras installed due to many different issues that have occurred since living here, including 8 bouts of vandalism to my properties, problem neighbors & theft just to name a few. Since having them installedI honestly could not be happier and much more content. I got Lenz round to price up the works for me, very efficient and polite when they came to do the quote. The price was very competitive and the works didn't take hardly anytime at all. Very happy with the alarm and love the fact you have an app to enable and disable the alarm if you are out and about. Also calls you if you're alarm goes off! Can link up CCTV to the app as well.
