Como agente de viagens estive acompanhando um grupo de 18 pessoas em setembro, e nos hospedamos por 2 noites no Lekkerwijn. Foi tudo perfeito, as acomodações muito bem cuidadas, roupas de camas limpas, e todo mobiliário original da época muito bem conservados, nos encantou! ||||Robin foi extremamente prestativo com todos nós, nos preparou o jantar de boas vindas que estava maravilhoso, e nos disponibilizou a cozinha para que preparássemos o nosso jantar na segunda noite e isso fez toda diferença em nossa viagem, foi nosso jantar de despedida. Perfeito!||||Li alguns comentários infelizes sobre a movelaria antiga, água do chuveiro etc... Quem reserva essa acomodação precisa estar atento que se trata uma casa datada de 1680! Acredito que a ideia seja justamente manter muitos detalhes originais como a parte elétrica, móveis etc, para não perder essa característica, o casarão tem muita história e é quase um museu, e nada disso interfere negativamente, nosso chuveiro funcionou super bem, tomadas, tudo ok. Café da manhã maravilhoso. As cozinhas nos chalés super bem equipadas, e acomodações super espaçosas. ||||Como disse uma das pessoas que nos acompanhou nesse grupo, nos sentimos no filme "Pride and Prejudice" de Jane Austen, simplesmente encantador! We really enjoyed our 2-night stay on a Daddysdeal in August. It's a 10 minute drive out of Franschhoek towards Boschendal, but perfectly located between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek if you're not planning on just being in Franschhoek. The room we had was huge and quiet, it was the old nursery, with a massive Superking bed and huge bathroom. The service was great. Breakfast was tasty and filling. We found out that my ancestral family owned the farm for over 100 years, after they started making wine in Franschhoek as Huguenot settlers in 1689. I would recommend this guest house. More...

A good friend’s daughter got married at a Franschoek wine estate so we needed accommodation close by for two nights. Finding Lekkerwijn online was a blessing, it was perfectly located as the wedding venue was just a five-minute drive, there were plenty of great restaurants just down the road in Franschoek and I even found the local parkrun at Rickety Bridge wine farm on the morning of the wedding! |Friendly and helpful staff and the manager Robin was a source of much history related to this property and its current owners.
