Albert &his team were completing another job for us when I’d shown him some damp/mould problems we’d had. Another company had provided a generic damp survey and advised treatment that would have been very intrusive &expensive. Whereas Albert actually diagnosed the source of the mould and suggested treatment that made more sense and was cost effective including air bricks, re-rendering the exterior of the house and painting. 2nd time using wonderful Albert &his team. We’d asked them to do a few jobs in our home when our pipes froze &we lost our water supply. Southern water said it was an underground pipe &we’d need the front patio dug up to sort it. Albert did not agree and found the frozen pipe (not underground!), thawed it, properly insulated it and redid some of the kitchen pipework to avoid it happening again. It did the job - all winter we’ve never lost water since! SO glad we had Albert to diagnose &sort the problem and saved us £1000s. The workmanship in such a small space was amazing. They were so friendly and so helpful to the point where they would make suggestions of making the room look better and I would say no there’s no need, it will cause more work for you but they wouldn’t care and do it for you. I asked for a couple of extra jobs in the bathroom and they went ahead and did it. The cutting in on the painting of the room is immaculate and the tiling is amazing.
