Leicester Executive Chauffeurs

Absolutely perfect way to start and end the holiday.
Was a little concerned for the trip down to Heathrow, as on the day the M1 was completely closed, but Martin, our chauffeur, known exactly which way to go to avoid all the problems and we got there with no traffic delays at all.

We used LEC for an airport transfer to Gatwick for our Honeymoon, they took all of the stress and hassle out of arranging the trip, all we did was give them the flight numbers and they let us know the timings, needless to say we arrived with plenty of time and well refreshed thanks complimentary water and a quick stop for breakfast. The car (Viano) was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, and well equipped with iPhone chargers. We will defiantly be using LEC again, and cannot recommend them highly enough. More...

Leicester Executive Chauffeurs is a five star top rating business. I am from Washington State and booked several bookings while visiting family In June- July 2017. Our family of six was treated like queens, princesses, and princes. The booking was very easy, with fantastic communication. We hired a private car to pick us up at Heathrow and the accommodations for all of our luggage was fabulous. Once in Leicester we hired a private driver for four days to chauffeur us all around. David was fantastic, polite, adaptable to all of our last minute changes, a perfect gentleman, and gave great tips on restaurants and tourist places to visit. He keyed into all of our needs. We Loved that we had internet and air conditioning plus water available in our Mercedes Van. I highly recommend Dave. We had two more bookings, one from Leicester to Beccles and then Beccles back to Heathrow. Outstanding service by Mark. I had never booked a chauffeur service before and came across LEC after reading many great reviews. The reviews weren't wrong! This company is fantastic. Our driver ,Martin, collected us from our home bang on time in his immaculate car to take us to our airport hotel. He was chatty and very interesting to talk to. Upon our return our driver rang us pretty soon after we had touched down to let us know he had arrived and would be waiting for us at arrivals. The car again was clean and comfortable. I organised a chauffeur as part of my husband's birthday surprise and told LEC this along with the other surprise details when booking. I liaised with Mark and from the start he was very helpful and flexible with the plans. I always received a quick and friendly response. On the day our driver Ash showed up a little before our scheduled departure time and despite me running behind schedule he patiently waited on the drive for us without a word of complaint. Ash was very professional and a good driver (which you don't always find) and politely pulled over for an unscheduled comfort break but still made sure that we kept to our schedule. Given the location of our final destination (a small one way street in London), Ash found the destination with no trouble and the surprise was not blown!

We used these guys to take us and pick us up from EMA. Mark (our chauffeur) was very punctual on both occasions. The process was easy, the vehicle was spacious and clean. I can’t say anything negative to be honest. We chose a chauffeur service instead of a taxi to and from the airport because we wanted our holiday with our 3 kids to be as stress free as possible, and it was. Leicester Chauffers picked us up from the cruise terminal at Southampton and took us home to Bridlington. Mark arrived at 9am as promised. We had a 6 seater Mercedes which was very clean with plenty of room for us and our numerous cases. We had a very comfortable and relaxed journey home, with our comfort Marks top priority. We recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary abroad and used the services of LEC for the return transfer to Heathrow Airport.
