Brian is always inventing new ways to torture people and I love it! The workouts definitely made me sore but I've never felt stronger. No pain, no gain. Brian deeply cares for his clients on a professional and personal level which makes working with him so enjoyable. I’ve been training with Brian and Lehner fitness for close to a year. In that year I’ve dropped nearly 30lbs and lost 5-7% on my body fat. Brian is very meticulous with setting up his daily workout plans and nutrition plans. He carefully researches and plans the best workouts for your body type/fitness level and builds a meal plan based on that goal. Brian’s also a hell of a coach. He knows how to get the best out of you and will push you during that hour you’re with him. I recommend Brian to anyone whose looking to get lose a couple of lbs, trains for an athletic event, or has some lifestyle change goals to achieve. Thanks again for all you do Brian. The thing I really appreciate about Lehner Fitness is that it truly is personal. I have a wedding coming up, so I have certain health and weight goals I wanted to achieve. For my final dress alteration, I had to take in my dress more than 3 inches!!! I couldn’t believe it. It’s very comforting that Brian has a background in kinesiology and nutrition. I can trust he will always take me on the healthiest and safest path. I reached out to Brian when I realized all my hard work at the gym and personal nutrition wasn’t cutting it. I never wanted to believe that I needed a personal trainer, but now that I have one, I can’t see myself without one. Other than continual motivation I get from Brian, he continues to challenge me and introduce me to new areas of fitness. We've been working with Brian since October and my fiance and I have never felt better. Brian has helped us with our dietary and physical goals. Although we are still a work in progress, we are confident that Brian will help us reach our goals and achieve our fitness peak. Brian comes with a background in nutrition and athletic training. It's evident when he sits you down and breaks down your goals and habits. For the most part it's a love/hate relationship. I hate his workouts because they are brutal. But I love how I feel after. Every workout he designs for us is designed with a purpose and because he knows our physical limits. I wanted to be able to help a broader spectrum of people with an awesome atmosphere and community you just cannot find at the big gyms.

I have been a fitness coach and nutritionist for 7 years. I have worked with elite athletes, children learning to love fitness and even people in their 90's looking to stay independent. I will do my best to make sure you have fun and are constantly improving your health in all aspects. Physical and mental health are interrelated and it is important to work on not just one or the other. I will help bridge the two so you can be the best version of yourself no matter what stage of life you are in.
