Had the most wonderful salt beef in toasted bread with mustard red cabbage and slithers of lightly pickled cucumber. The best salt bee you can have. Will now go back to try the salt beef breakfast. Looks amazing. The coffee was nice too just like I like it. Well done to the lovely girl who served us even if she was busy and under pressure. She did a grand job and made time for us. This kept coming up on FB so I thought I'd give it a go and I'm very pleased I did! Quirky, homely place with relaxing atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. And the food... WOW! I experienced the "Bubble and Chic" which gave the old bubble and squeak a delicious revamp and my son, who has an enormous appetite and is known to inhale food, was finally full from the "Big Kahuna" burger, which was basically half a cow in a bun that my son said was the best burger ever! The haloumi fries that we ordered as a side where a a step too far, a case of eyes bigger than belly but we still managed to eat half of the generous portion, would have been rude not to!Cannot recommend this place enough and will be returning ASAP, a real gem that reminds me of the old funky Southend. Had the best lunch!
- boyfriend had a proper mug of tea which he loved.
- lots of brie and spinach sauce on his Green Hornet burger too which was a bonus.
- the BBQ Jackfruit Barrito is one of the best (if not the best) vegan meal I've had, lots of flavour and plenty of food on the plate.
- customer service was great. The lady working today was so friendly and welcoming.
My only niggle is that I didn't come here sooner!

You catered for our last minute group booking for my friends hen do.. let us put up ridiculous banners, (thanks, and sorry! ) gave us our own space.. And topped it all off with food so good that if I hadn't been in public I could have licked the plate clean just to get the last bits!! Came here today for fathers day-food was amazing.burgers and buttermilk chicken were yummy. Loved the bubble and squeak fries-just wish portion of those were the same size as portion of fries as they were sooo good. Never seen my daughter wolf a whole burger of that size before. How on Earth have I missed this place?!
After strolling past and smelling amazing food cooking and a quick chat with the super friendly chef, I chose the SaltBeef bagel - oh - my - god.
I had to over come the urge to eat it in the car on the way home! This is absolutely without doubt the best SaltBeef I’ve ever had.
I’m taking my children here one weekend because I need to try more of the menu.
Rustic, London vibe reminiscent of Brick Lane, SaltBeef is handmade by them - top notch for street food experience - will definitely be back ��

My food adventure is ever growing so my dishes and favourite things to cook change constantly.
Ultimately excellent ingredients and love go into every dish.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We are completely bespoke to our clients needs and always endeavour to meet the needs of quality and budget...we are highly regarded on tripadvisor and have always recieved 100% positive feedback from all outdoor catering jobs wether it be on set film crew catering or a wedding.
What do you love most about your job?
Creativity, the thrill of working under extreme pressure and ultimately making people happy with the flavour and textures of FOOD!.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I opened my first small restaurant I went into direct competition with my previous colleagues, I wanted to be unleashed instead of being held to a budget and strict G.P... we went from strength to strength with a concept of honest, home cooked, great value food.

We are competitive on price, we are infinitely passionate about our cause and more than anything else want to please people with our food.
