I recently used Legal Graphicworks for videoteleconference needs in conjunction with a deposition. It was a lifesaver! Amanda Moeller and her team were able to easily link me up with the witness and I conducted the depo in the comfort of the New Orleans office. It went off without a hitch and it was a relief to get it done after the depo previously had been postponed and cancelled many times. With the recent hurricane that past, many businesses were affected and did not have electricity. Our firm, Gordon & Doner, P. A./Scott Fischer, Esq. was scheduled for a mediation at a location that did not have the ability to host our mediation due to loss of electricity or air conditioning. We scrambled at the last minute to find a venue for all the parties who flew in from out of town. When we called Legal Graphicworks, they did not hesitate to immediately accommodate our needs. They provided a conference room and break-out rooms in a very professional environment for our mediation and their staff were an absolute pleasure to work with.
