WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN!? Tricia is seriously a lifesaver and so amazing at what she does!!

When I was about 2-3 months away from my wedding, I started getting really overwhelmed with all of the wedding day details, e. g. timeline, vendor coordination, decor setup and take down, and more. I felt so in control and on top of everything before this, but the wedding day details were just too much for me, even amongst my millions of spreadsheets and to-do lists.

I reached out to Tricia after reading so many great reviews about Legacy and immediately knew she was the one to make our wedding day go off without a hitch! She was SO INCREDIBLY ORGANIZED... I thought I was organized, but for real, this girl has her stuff together!

Every worksheet we filled out and conversation we had with her made everything SO MUCH EASIER. We ended up hiring her as our month-of planner, but she was talking to us well before the month period, making me feel even that much more confident in the process and her help.

Our wedding was a destination wedding, so I had a ton of decor and other things with me for the day of. She took all of it off of our plates once we got down there, and totally nailed the vision I had for the decor setup. It was honestly spot on. I don't know how she did it based on our conversations alone, but she nailed it.

My husband and I still can't get over our wedding day. It was seriously SO PERFECT. It was one of the best--if not the best--days of our lives. I truly believe that without Tricia, the day wouldn't have even been close to how amazing it was. She and her assistant made sure everything and everyone was in the right place, at the right time. My husband and I, and our families were able to enjoy the day rather than worrying about what comes next, who's setting up what decor where and what time people need to be somewhere.

Absolutely phenomenal! If I had to fully express how amazing it was to work with Trish, this review would be pages long. From the outset, Trish went above and beyond to make sure that coordination with the vendors was set, that the venue was on board with all the plans and, most importantly, that my wife and I were comfortable with everything going on. We had a completely outdoor wedding planned and, as luck would have it, the skies opened up about an hour before our ceremony. Trish immediately jumped into action and implemented the back-up plan that she helped us put together. When my wife and I walked into the back-up venue it was like we had planned to have it there from the start. Everything was perfect. I can honestly say that had it not been for Trish, our wedding would have been a complete mess. She stepped up in huge way. Words truly cant express what an amazing job Trish did coordinating my wedding March 22,2019. She was so much fun to work with, understanding, poised, professional, and she is a true visionary through her work. As the Hair for Men quote goes "I'm not only the President, I'm also a client" my quote for A Wedding in Paradise is "I'm not only his daughter, I'm also a client! " My husband and I were honored to have my amazing father, Rev. Dr. David Leininger, officiate for our special day (10/17/15).

A little background, I grew up listening to my dad's well written, and well delivered sermons in the pulpit on Sundays. My husband grew up Catholic and the first time he heard my dad preach he said to me after the service, "Wow, THAT is what you heard on Sundays? If I had heard that, I would have been able to pay attention!" Dad has a presence about him and people want to pay attention to him!

I know you may think that I'll just give my dad a great review because he's my dad...but I am giving this review based on my honest experience AND reviews from the attendees; there were more "Your dad did AWESOME!" comments to me after the ceremony by friends that both knew him and didn't and that were both religious and not. He knows the way to intrigue and captivate an audience, whether it be when he was in the pulpit preaching or on a ceremony on the beach (which mine was).

His website helped us create a ceremony that was unique to us and even gave us the idea of a wine ceremony uniting our two families (which is just plain cool if you have two wine-loving families!) His website was so user friendly and truly gave us lots of ideas. We tweaked some things to make each section unique to us but he did exactly as we asked but offered guidance if we asked!

Dad's voice, his tone, his words, and his beautifully unique way of making the ceremony special to the couple and everyone in attendance is a remarkable gift that he uses now in weddings and used to use in the pulpit. Not only am I honored that this wonderful man is my father, I am honored that he was able to create such wonderful memories for myself, my husband, and the guests at our wedding. Long story short, If you are a bride and are wondering "would his own daughter be proud enough to have him officiate at her wedding?" the answer is "ABSOLUTELY!" Thanks, Dad! I love you! More...

We were so blessed and fortunate to be provided the contact information for David to officiate our wedding. Being that this was a destination wedding, we were very concerned about finding an officiant who could make our ceremony unique and personal. David was kind enough to meet with us before the wedding and just sat and talked with us and we immediately felt so comfortable with him. He was there for us all throughout the planning process and helped us customize the perfect ceremony. The ceremony felt so unique and personalized that it felt like it was being done by our own pastor! Rev David was absolutely amazing and made our wedding so memorable! We had a destination wedding and David was extremely easy to work with. He was so kind, helpful and wanted to make sure our ceremony was special to us which we greatly appreciated! Corresponding through email was very easy and he was on top of everything! The message that David provided for us at the ceremony was flawless and he, only having met him twice before need I add, was able to make it all so real, genuine and personable for us. It was perfect. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does, invests a great deal of time into each of his weddings, and wants to ensure all couples get the wedding of their dreams. Ours truly was.

We need to add that we didn't realize until the next day that David provided us a copy of the ceremony to keep. This was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch for him to have done and is something we will be able to cherish for years to come. It was wonderful being able to re-read it the morning after!

Rev. David was such an amazing man to work with, from start to finish.

He took the time to answer all of my questions very quickly, helped me plan an amazing ceremony, and was the best choice I made for our wedding.

Rev. David was actually hit by a car on his bicycle the morning of our ceremony -- I didn't find out until after! -- and married us, in a 15 minute ceremony, with broken ribs and an injured lung. If that isn't dedication to his job, I don't know what is!

Rev. David came to our rehersal dinner, spent time with our friends and families, and genuinely cares about us as a couple and as husband and wife; before, during, and after.

When our county sent our marriage license to him by their mistake, he even took the time to e-mail me & let me know of the mix up & mailed it to our home.

While I was looking for a minister, I read a lot of reviews. Let me just tell you, there isn't a better, more kind, more devoted man of God that my husband and I could have chosen to vows our lives to each other through.

If you're looking for a man who will pray for you, make sure your ceremony fits your relationship, and is in the wedding business for the right reasons; then you've found exactly who you need in this man!

Dr. Leininger did such a wonderful job at our wedding. The ceremony can be customized to the type and length of the ceremony, and he keeps complication and confusion way down when planning. He also came to our rehearsal the night before, and he kept the instructions simple and easy to understand. He took the marriage license that night to type everything up very nicely and to be sure it was ready to go the next day. At the wedding, David was confident and had everything perfect. Dr. Leininger is a patient in my office and had always offered to perform our ceremony when the time came. Well, that time finally came. We got married on March 12, 2016, at the young at of 48, after 9 years together and the first for both of us. Dr. Leininger did a wonderful job. He made our wedding even more beautiful than it already was. David is warm and speaks from the heart. I don't know who cried more, me, my husband or the guests. We have received so many compliments from friends and family about Dr. Leininger. Everyone has told me our wedding was the best they had ever been to. They could all feel the love in the room. David officiated our wedding and it was so easy and lovely! David made options and recommendations readily available to us. I sent him what I wanted my ceremony to read, and he was prepared to recite just that.

The day before the rehearsal, he contacted us reminding us what to bring. He was punctual and arrived early to the rehearsal with paperwork in hand ready for us to sign. On the day of the wedding, the ceremony went flawlessly. He packaged our vows and our marriage license up neatly and handed it to us on the spot. He casually welcomed and spoke to our guests and was kind through and through. He made everyone very comfortable and I could not have been happier. Dr. David Leininger was the perfect minister for our beach wedding! We spoke with him over the phone a year before our wedding and then met him a couple months later while visiting Hilton Head for our engagement photos. He did not forget about us once. He was always so quick to respond to every one of our questions or concerns as we had such an elaborate ceremony. During the rehearsal and ceremony, we had pretty high wind speeds and all of our guests (about 100 guests) were so impressed they could hear him so clearly. We were both so happy with how beautiful our ceremony was with our nephew playing violin, a foot washing ceremony, our brother and sister in laws singing and playing guitar and of course our 13 year old black lab exiting with us after our first kiss as husband and wife. I can not say enough nice things about David from A wedding in paradise. Planning a destination can be stressful and he made everything so relaxed and stress free. On top of our own ceremony; we did a surprise vow renewal for my now mother and father in law and David did that as well. They were beyond happy and everything went so smoothly. My husband and I were married in Charleston in April and everything turned out better than we could have imagined thanks to Reverend Leininger. We were both raised Catholic but we really wanted to have our wedding outdoors which is not something that the Catholic Church makes easy. Once we decided against a church wedding, we agreed that we both still wanted to have a ceremony that would feel very meaningful and spiritual albeit outside a church. We were lucky to have found Reverend Leininger because he was able to provide just that. He worked with us on a personal level prior to our wedding to pick out readings that were special to us and to make sure we were all on the same page about the ceremony and what it would entail. His sermon was amazing and so many of our guests commented to us on how much they enjoyed the service. Hilton Head was the perfect location for our destination wedding. When we visited six months prior to set the details, Pastor Dave took the time to meet with us at his home. He gave us tips on navigating marriage licenses in SC. Dr. Rev Leininger was phenomenal officiating our Beach Wedding at the Sea Pines Resort Atlantic Beach Room. We could not have asked for a more perfect day and ceremony. He was professional and very personable, as he not only attended and officiated our wedding but also took time to attend our wedding rehearsal party and meet a few of our guest. Rev. Dr. David Leininger was so easy to talk with and advise us of how to prepare for a distance destination wedding from Ohio to Hilton Head Beach. He walked us through every step from getting our Beaufort County Marriage License to planning our beach wedding down to almost every word we wanted him and us to say. Trish coordinated my wedding in July 2018. I met with her probably 9 months prior and after our first meeting she completely put me at ease. She was so wonderful and helpful! She recommended venders, checked up on my status throughout the 9 months, and met with me multiple additional times to make sure every little detail was in place. She even assured I stayed within my budget! On my wedding day she made sure everything went smoothly, from dealing with crazy family to holding my dress while I used the restroom!
