I can’t recommend Lee and his team enough. After having my daughter, not doing any exercise for 10 years and a health issue in 2017/18. I needed to make a big change to my health and fitness. I’ve completed a 6 week programme. The transformation in my strength is absolutely amazing. I had major lower back issues before starting. I can now say I have no issues or pain what’s so ever. I no longer have to take CBD oil. I’m stronger, fitter, happier, sleep better and have loads more energy. I do two days per week and a weekend bootcamp. I do a mix of weights, circuits, conditioning and stretching. The sessions are different very time, which keeps it fun, interesting and I’m able to see and feel the results. More...

I have been training with Sam since summer 2016, initially on a swimming specific class and now on a Bootcamp class. Sam is so enthusiastic, she makes every work out fun and up beat, you come away truly knowing you have had a good work out but with a huge smile on your face too !

Pleasant enough experience. Asked for details of his club for my children as regards they have an interest in his work. Went away with a pack of information and had a lovely chat about how my lads could begin and are to process from beginners class to the rather more experienced. First class. I started using Lee Paines 18 months ago with the intention of booking for a short 4-6 week period, but 18 months later I'm still booking regular sessions which speaks for itself. All staff at the studio take the time and effort to fully understand the needs and aims of every client. The individual tailored approach to both Personal Training and Sports Massage sessions have benefited me enormously. I can't recommend Lee Paines enough, and I actively do so. I started seeing Lee when I had issues with my calf muscles and a knee injury. Lee tailored a program for my individual needs, starting with sports massage and myofascial release, which prompted a massive improvement. This then led onto personal training, using functional training to activate under used muscles, which produced a successful recovery from both ailments. I continued to use Lee as my experience had been so positive and through regular massage therapy, creative personal training and informed nutrition advice he has enabled me to continue be as active as I wanted to be and perform at my best. Over 3 years of visiting Lee for twice monthly sports massages I, for sure, have been able to train harder as a result to the extent of my aged body holding together enough to finish 2nd in my age group at the European Triathlon championships. Shame I didn't find him earlier in my athletic career.In all my visits to see Lee I can honestly say that I have never left feeling that I have not had full value for my money. Lee was recommended to me when I was suffering from severe shin pains and only had days to go before I was due to run a half marathon. From just one sports massage I noticed a vast improvement in my legs and went on to run the race no problem. Lee listens, genuinely cares, and will do anything to try and resolve whatever it is causing you problems including investing his own time to research ailments and recommend ways in which you can ease the problem. I found Lee Paines’ website while searching for a remedial massage therapist in Swindon. From my first appointment I felt comfortable with Lee, confident in his professional manner and liking his friendly approach. I have a permanent serious elbow injury, which Lee has diligently worked at to regain full shoulder movement and significantly reduce elbow pain.

I have also started personal training and with care and ingenuity Lee works around my injury to maximize the benefit of training to me. The sessions are challenging but fun too! Lee’s enthusiasm is very motivating and my running and overall fitness have already improved.

Lee is professional and dedicated; I recommend him without reserve.

Extremely Important! At Lee Paines Personal Training we ensure that nutrition and diet advice is at the forefront of our service. Not only that you can be assured that the information and guidance we provide is current, accurate and safe. We like to make sure that above all else we make our clients healthy first and we achieve this by providing sound evidence based strategies. All of this is down to the fact the our founder is a qualified sports nutritionist and as a result the information we provide is quite simply the best.

First of all by listening and understanding their needs. We then prepare and plan a structure that is aligned with the clients and goals and make both client and trainer accountable. Goals and objectives need to SMART! (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time driven).

Having said all that experience has taught us that the sessions we provide need to be different, challenging and above all great fun!

Dedication, commitment, balance, belief and the ability to accept that a long term consistent approach is the only way. Short term quick fixes are just that and will only result in failure and possibly even ill health. I've seen this so many times personally and professionally and always try to steer clients down the path of balance and healthy living.

Quite simply working with the public. Being able to work with different people every day and help them achieve their goals is a privilege. Our clients come from all different walks of life and so do we. Every day we learn from our clients and our clients learn from us. The process is a journey and we must enjoy it and live it.

This service requires an initial consultation where we gather information about your current dietary habits, nutritional intake and your attitudes towards food. We understand the demands of busy every day life so this can be completed via telephone, skype or facetime if your schedule makes a face to face consultation difficult. We understand that everybody is different and not everybody is starting from the same point so gathering this information enables us to produce your individual plan, structured to fit your lifestyle and goals.
