I love being able to imagine white space in a variety of situations and allow the client to think with total freedom about what they truly want to achieve.

I love the range of business problems that I can help to solve, using my 20 years' experience in Financial Services and my experience as a COO and Chief of Staff.

I love working with teams to get the best performance out of them, from the line managers through to each team member. Everyone can make a huge contribution to the success of the team and business, its just a case of finding out what makes everyone tick!

I love the ability to work with companies that are ready to do something radically different, but want to do so in a pragmatic way.

I wanted to have the freedom to challenge and push clients (based on my experience both in financial services and as a coach for 14 years) to make them realise their potential. I wanted the ability to work disruptively because I know that today's marketplace needs businesses to think more fluidly and flexibly about their business goals and ambitions, and in particular how they get there.

I believe that the status quo should be constantly challenged and validated, because I believe that things can always get better and I will take them on this journey with me.

I want businesses to understand the power of confusion; of taking what you know and turning it on its head. Not by thinking out of the box, but ignoring the box completely!
