Thanks to lee my hatred of the gym became a love to it he's got plenty of banter as well as good advice he's also good at pushing you to your limit

I trained with Lee over a 6 week period during the winter and loved every second of it. I quickly found out that he knows exactly how to get the best out of you; when your body is telling you no he'll still get you through the session with a smile on your face. I made significant changes after just 2 weeks both mentally and physically! Lee opened up a range of exercises that I would never of had the confidence to do alone and I felt better in myself because of this. He is well aware everyone has different levels of fitness and his patience with clients is admirable, his thorough knowledge of exercises, techniques and nutrition is invaluable and I'm sure he'll go far in the industry. It was my availability/commitment (& certainly not his) that stopped me from going further. It will be a case of not if but when I return to regular personal training - Lee is a top lad and I will look no further than him in the near future. More...

I have trained with Lee for over a year now and i enjoy each and every session , Lee works very well to meet the needs of his client from old to young no matter what level of fitness they are at. When I first started to train I had little knowledge of the gym and gym exercise and Lee has now broadened my knowledge and allowed me to become a lot fitter. Every session with Lee is throughly enjoyed he helps you feel calm and comfortable but still isn't scared to push you. When I first started personal training with Lee, me and my two friends only planned to do it for a couple of month to increase our fitness levels. We've now been doing it for over a year and don't plan to stop anytime soon! I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I first started, as I used to go through fits and starts at the gym and could easily give up. However, Lee has changed that, as he is very motivating and focused in helping his clients achieve the best results. Lee Is a very good trainer as he pushes you to get the best out of your sessions and he changes the sessions round so you never get sick of doing the same routine every time! I started training with Lee about a year ago. I had originally joined the gym with a friend but he dropped out after going with me once. I knew I needed some support if I wanted to continue with going to the gym as I knew I would be too scared to do it alone. Having had PT in the past I was slightly hesitant to take it up again. My previous experience left me doubtful that anyone could help with me lack of self confidence. Then I met Lee! He has been supportive from day one and is still pushing me to do the best that I can. His sessions always go by too fast because he keeps exercises interesting and challenging. I was terrified of going to the gym before I met Lee. He made me realise that I shouldn't worry about other people and just concentrate on what I want to achieve. I still get moments where my anxiety and depression sneak up on me but I know Lee is only a message away, ready to give me the motivation I need. A year ago I was convinced I couldn't run, was too scared to do a squat and had only been to the gym alone twice. Now I have new hurdles to overcome and when I look back I know I couldn't have done it without my PT. I contacted Lee about starting some PT sessions to help with my fitness and to reduce body fat, me and my brother started a 4 week plan to help us achieve our goals, Lee also included a diet plan and guidelines which was extremely helpful. We were already quite familiar with the gym, but the knowledge and techniques we have gained from training with him is priceless. After the first session I realised I had an uphill struggle to reach the fitness level I was aiming for, however after 2-3 weeks I was well on my way. The sessions were really hard but at the same time really enjoyable, he was always thinking of new ways to mix things up and keep you excited and on your toes. It's all in the routine! After training with Lee for over a year the routine of committing to your next few sessions is the best thing for me personally. When it's paid for and in the diary you rock up, and there are lots of days I just wouldn't have gone to the gym!
If you're someone who'd rather not gym it, you lack a bit of confidence around the heavys and want to balance out the curry and cake, then Lee will keep you on track.

You have to put in the work so block booking a few sessions a week gives you a better chance of keeping the weight off, toning up or more �. Even getting back to a session after a holiday is a good thing, even if your training feels like slow motion �

Once you're there you enjoy it and knowing you're booked in for the next one means you're committed to it!
Sessions are fun and Lee doesn't let you cheat (chat too much, make the circuit easier, or distract him)
Because of this you get a great 1:1 hour of knowledge and technique, focused on you, and I can feel and see the difference of training muscle groups I never thought I had!
Great thing about people going to a gym is that we're all different sizes, and progress is progress which is a great positive outlook to have.
The 1:1 PT with Lee is in a private and well equipped gym, great if you're not wanting to be "on show".

Great personal trainer who always pushes me and puts up with my moaning & cardio time remaining negotiations! Works brilliantly for me to make the most out of my sessions as due to work commitments (Netflix binges and general lack of motivation) PT is the only gym time I get. When I first started training with Lee I didn't really know what to expect...apart from the obvious = results, pain, sweat, and tears! I've been training with Lee for over a year now and all his sessions are different. My results I have achieved are amazing and I couldn't be happier. We always have a good laugh during my PT sessions which puts me to ease but he knows when to push me!!!! I was so nervous looking for a personal trainer as its not something id ever think id be comfortable doing however lots of people recommended me to Lee and i definitely made the right decision. He is easy to get on with and makes you feel very comfortable, he motivates you at all times. His sessions are planned to suit your needs and he makes sure you get the most out of your sessions. I felt really nervous starting my pt sessions with Lee, but he put me and my friends at ease straight away! I've been having sessions for around a year now, I said I was only going to have a few, but I love them so much, as well as doing group sessions, I also started having them on my own! Lee adapts each session for the group but also tailor makes sessions, taking into account what I want to personally work on! I started training with Lee in January and have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions each week. Lee has extensive knowledge and a great passion for what he does making him overall, a great PT. My sessions with Lee are always different but equally tough! I find myself doing things in sessions that I wouldn't think possible especially with weights etc but I am learning more each week building confidence in my own abilities. I had the great pleasure of working with Lee for a year as he helped me achieve my goals. I was most impressed by the time Lee spent with me up front asking questions and actively listening to my responses in order to fully understand my goals and objectives. I decided to start PTing after having 6 months off from the gym due to a running injury. I have been to some of Lee's boot camps in the past so I knew that he was good. Since starting personal training my body shape has changed massively, and I have lost a lot of body fat. It has given me the confidence to do things in the gym when I'm on my own that I would have never done before and the diet plan he has provided is great, the meals are quick and easy to make but tasty. I decided to start looking for a PT once I started losing weight because I had no knowledge of what I should be doing and wasn't really sure where to start, after just the first PT session I felt comfortable and more confident. Lee consistently helps me push my boundaries and my fitness is rapidly increasing, I used to hate exercising but Lee is constantly keeping the sessions fun and introducing new things to keep me on my toes. I've been training with Lee just two months but I can see my endurance and strength has increased. My weight has stayed the same so far but it was not my intention to loose any. My body fat has decreased which means am gaining lean muscle. Feel better, look better. That's all thanks to Lee's training plan, experience, dedication and attention to all his customers. I started PT over a year ago now with two of my friends, and the plan was only to do it for a few months, but here we are all three of us still going. Lee is very motivating and I'm definitely a lot stronger now!
