I've been training with Lee since February, i cannot describe how pleased I am with the results so far. I've lost nearly three stone and my body shape is unrecognisable from my starting shape. I've gone down several sizes so far, with the promise of more to come. Lee works me hard, but, I need that. He is full of encouragement and is always mindful of how your feeling. Lee is a very friendly personal trainer, Lee makes me work hard but as we have good talks during the training it doesn't even feel like it is too hard, he also doesn't let me give up, always encourages me to keep going. Lee is a very pragmatic and knowledgeable personal trainer. No two workouts are exactly the same yet they are always challenging and in my 3 months I have seen great progress towards my goal. I've been training with Lee since September 2015 twice a week. I have already achieved many goals. I am closer to my other goals.
I've not become a gym bore- racing on about calories, giving up the occasional treat but I've grown to understand who diet and training compliment each other.
One surprising thing is. Don't rely in your scales. I weigh 4 pounds less than September but am much fitter, strong and happier and have lost body fat and a clothes size and....Had fun doing it.
My story is not over!! Thanks to Lee support is always at hand and encouragement. The training is always varied and Lee pushes you to suceed.

When I first approached Lee as a personal trainer I was anxious as hadn't exercised in the best part of a decade, had two children and watched my weight balloon.
We started off training in my garden and Lee was thorough and considerate to my poor level of fitness. We now train hard in the gym and each session is different and challenging, but the results are so worth it.
Since April 2015, I've lost just over two stone and many inches off everywhere. I've still got more to lose but know that with Lee's encouragement, support and knowledge I'll get there!!"

I've been training with Lee just under two years now and could not be happier with the results I've seen. I began training to lose weight & increase my cardiovascular endurance, Lee listened to what I wanted to achieve and has helped me set and smash goals over a realistic timeframe.
It feels as if he is as dedicated to achieving my goals as I am.
The sessions are fun, imaginative and never the same twice. They are delivered with enthusiasm and energy which is completely infectious.
All in all I have lost 20kgs and have reduced my body fat immensely and my body shape has changed dramatically.
I highly recommend Lee as a PT if you are thinking of making a positive change to your lifestyle!
