I went to Hanna for help with my nerves/confidence for an upcoming presentation.

NLP, Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis and Coaching were all new to me, so ahead of the changework Hanna talked me through the process, answered any questions, etc.

After just two sessions, we’ve completed everything that we wanted to achieve. I’m already feeling better about presenting and one friend who didn’t know that I’d done any change work has commented that I generally seem more confident! I’m excited to see myself become more confident as time goes on.

I’d recommend Hanna and all the tools that she uses; it’s really made me think differently.

As a mother and partner, I am constantly giving out, so having coaching sessions really helps me to focus on me and where I want to be in my life, and ‘fill my own cup’ so I can make the biggest and best impact on my family, community and beyond.

I’ve learnt whilst working with Hanna that wishful thinking isn’t going to get me far….action will!

It’s really helpful to talk through things, get excited and implement. Having a clear step by step actionable plan is definitely going to help; as is having an accountability partner to boost my production – woop woop!

Hanna’s really approachable and easy to talk to, so that makes it easy to open up. She’s got a really lovely positive and laid back way of working. It just feels like a chat with a friend but actually we’re working stuff out at the same time ~ fab!

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people make changes to attitudes, behaviours, etc, that in doing so will begin to close the gap between where they currently are and where they'd like to be.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I’m a qualified Practitioner of Neuro linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnosis, and Coaching. I used to teach yoga and I have been meditating since I was five.
From this well-being and personal development experience, I love helping people make changes to attitudes, behaviours, etc, that in doing so will begin to close the gap between where they currently are and where they'd like to be.

Anger Management

Do you lose your temper regularly? Do you try with all your might to stay calm but when it really counts, you don't? There are as many levels of anger as there are individuals and situations. While there is on some occasions, the involuntary 'fight or flight' physical response; this exists to protect us and is not what Anger Management is 'working on'. Anger Management is related to your habit built behaviour. As much as it may not seem voluntary at times; just as your learnt your anger-related behaviour at some stage, you can unlearn it.

Motivation

Are you fed up of lacking motivation and do you miss the feeling of when you once felt motivated? This can be put 'right'; giving you the 'get up and go' to do what you'd like and ultimately move on in your life towards where you want to be. The irony when sometimes working on this issue, is that you require a certain urge, or amount of motivation, to pursue change work in the first instance. The question that I often ask clients is, what's a worse scenario for you: 1. The idea of your lack of motivation not changing? or 2. Putting in the required effort to change and then reaping the rewards? It's ultimately the individual's choice. Trying to find time, will often see time never being found, making time for the priorities in your life brings things back into your control. Confidence

Wheather it's public speaking, preparing for a test, or connecting with others through 'normal' interactions; it's possible for you to feel not only comfortable but confident about yourself. If there's an inner voice that's squashing your confidence, we will remove it, replacing it with beliefs that serve you, so that you can get on with your life, feeling confident. Confidence is a behaviour, and although it may seem character defining, it can be learnt and changed, to become habitual. All individuals are different, so we will work with your behaviour specifically, using the most appropriate techniques for your issues. We will work together to change your behaviour to suit what you're wanting from life.

Stop Smoking

Every smoker's smoking story is different and thus, there's no one size fits all. We will workt o get to the root of the issue and change it. I will understand that willpower hasn't helped, that's why you're here. We'll often use some hypnosis, which has been found to be very effeftive for stopping smoking. However, there may also be other linked issues that we can also work on. This will help you get in control of your smoking for good and move on.
