I've been on the hunt for a great behavioral provider for my son for the past year and I finally found this gem of a provider. The clinical director met with me for a free consultation and carefully answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions)! She was so kind and helpful and never made me feel rushed or bad for asking a million questions...she's amazing and so is their team. The billing coordinator and receptionist were so friendly and quick to help me with the assessment. I spoke with other parents and I'm so relieved to hear how happy they are with LBC. Working at LBC was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life! The staff at LBC is dedicated to changing the lives of their clients for the better. I worked for this company for roughly one year and I can honestly say it is one of the most caring , best run companies that really cares for each kid so much. All of my co-workers really cared for the kids they worked with & would consistently give 110% during sessions. My supervisors would always help guide us during to make sure both facilitator and client made the most progress during sessions. Out of all the jobs I've held, this is the only one where I truly miss the co-workers, clients, and everything about it. Overall, an excellent family-owned business that I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of service. LBC is literally THE BEST and most professiona ABA company!!!!! I have worked with many ABA companies in the past 6 years and never truly loved one until I found LBC. As a speech language pathologist, and owner of Achieve Speech Associates, I recommend all my families to LBC only! They are miracle workers and have made impeccable changes in my students. They help my students learn, grow, and behave accordingly. They give them the stepping stones and foundations required for every day daily activities! And the best part, their staff is AMAZING!!!!! LBC has been a blessing for our son! When Felix first started with LBC he was very aggressive. He was very non-compliant and engaged in multiple tantrums a day. Things like going to the market with him or visiting family members were impossible. And thanks to the wonderful facilitators at Lbc our son is a different child now! He's doing great at school. We are able to do so much with him now! We are so happy and grateful! Ms. G always responds to my questions or concerns. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful! Everyone is invested in the children the administrators are always supportive and involved with the children as well. Working at LBC has been an amazing learning experience for me, as soon as I started my journey with them I was welcomed into an open, and supportive environment. LBC is the best place to take your child to improve in their learning and attention deficits. The level of professionalism, intervention services and utter love and care that LBC provides for their clients is unmatched. Every child that comes to LBC is provided with the best support in strengthening their academic, behavioral and social skills while in a safe and wholesome environment. I have been an employee at the Learning and behavioral Center (LBC) for almost three years now and I have learned and grown a tremendous amount as a person. I have started as a Junior Behavioral Facilitator and have moved up to a Program manager position recently.
It has been a great pleasure to work with the clinical director, Bita Ghatan, who cares for her staff like no other I have ever seen. She makes sure to provide an effective training and support her staff every step of the way. All the supervisors at LBC are supportive and encouraging and will make sure you have all the knowledge and tools needed to be able to make a difference and help families in need.
Staff are connected and super friendly and will have each other’s back no matter what! We take pride on how well we communicate and make each other’s needs met.
LBC will go above and beyond to make sure all the families in need get the best ABA services possible! It starts from making sure staff are well trained and are well suited for a case. Tons of stimuli, games and activities is being planned every single day to make sure the learners are getting exposed to the best therapy possible.
The scheduling team is also very flexible and will do their best to work with your availability.
If you are looking for a fun and friendly environment to work at and want to learn more about the field of ABA, you should look no further!
