I can't say enough great things about Lean Remodeling and proprietor Steve Baldwin. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Steve and his entire team. He was prompt, courteous, and reliable as were all the folks he employs. He gave us a highly competitive quote for services and honored that quote even when unexpected issues arose that were outside of owners' control/existing issues. He was a lot of fun to be around and to create designs with for our two new bathrooms and a number of other smaller renovations in our 100 plus year old home. The main jobs involved lots of reworking of older plumbing and some shoddy past work and Steve/his team worked diligently to create stunning, state of the art rooms we love to show off now. I would highly recommend to anyone with home remodeling needs who want an contractor who is reliable and does great work without ego or sass which is what we found from a number of other companies we considered for this job. In a short period of time and with the challenges of working remotely Steve and his team proved to be an invaluable partner to my Washington state family as we planned the remodel of our new home.Steve was an effective consultant; very good with design and planning—exercising great sensitivity to our short timeline; generous with his time and resources; and very client-focused and service-oriented. We have Steve and company come in for a master bathroom remodel. We had thought long about how we wanted to do the remodel but Steve came in and was the only provider that provided a fresh perspective on a different way for the remodel. Steve's prices were very competitive as well and we liked his professionalism and openness to feedback. Our remodel turned out perfect, we are very happy with the results. Steve also wanted the build to be perfect to a degree of even re-doing something that one of his guys did not necessarily do to his satisfaction. We really appreciated that. Steve Baldwin and company were outstanding !They executed a bathroom remodel PERFECTLY. Their professionalism , communication, creativity , and especially their workmanship were excellent in every way. We had a challenging situation in trying to keep some existing things in the bathroom. We were able do that as Steve offered a resolution that no other contractor suggested. This, his college degree and previous experience as a graphic designer set him apart from other contractors we considered. His project manager, Jeremy, shared those qualities as well and was able to design a unique design for the floor no one else presented..And to top that off, they were very fairly priced and completed the project on time and within our budget.We couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and highly recommend them with complete confidence.
