I'm disabled, can no longer drive, have limited low income and rely on my two dogs one is a true service dog who alerts me to days I'm likely to pass out and right before it happens he lays over my body or leads me to sit or lay down just before I lose consciousness.
The other is the best emotional support dog on earth.
I would be financially compromised, not able to eat or buy my medications if I didn't have the support of this organization. I love these guys!
Thank you for all you do. Oh and my 12 year old cat that worships me is very well taken care of thanks to you guys too!

My clients achieve their fitness goals by identifying the types of activities & foods that they do enjoy, and not feeling restricted by dieting or doing things that they don't enjoy.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It takes some hard work and dedication, and making a plan.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their fitness goals, and being able to stay active and healthy into their senior years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been passionate about health & nutrition, and have spent years working out in the gym, and have worked and operated a health food store. I enjoy being active and playing golf, tennis, and softball, and want to be active as possible in my senior years.

I have many years of experience regarding health & nutrition, and take a holistic approach to diet & exercise.
