I've been going to Graham's Clapham sessions for nearly six months and in that time have more energy, am more lean and stronger. Graham's an excellent motivator and each session is as interesting as the last. He has deliberately built a really tight, friendly community and that's partly why it's so easy to keep going. Now offers the same experience in Tooting. Would highly recommend to everyone whatever their abilities. More...

I've been a member of LBB for nearly 1 year now and I have to say signing up was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! ! Graham is a fantastic coach, so friendly, enthusiastic, positive and one of the most energetic people I know... even at 6.15am!! You are always greeted at every class with a big smile, positive attitude and full commitment to help you achieve your fitness goals. The workouts are fantastic - really challenging but very enjoyable, each one is different and the time flies by! The group atmosphere is super friendly and supportive. Thank you to Graham for helping me to stay motivated and achieve my fitness goals, the change in how I feel in a year has been amazing!! I would 100% recommend this Bootcamp. More...

I started LBB almost 2 years ago and I haven’t looked back. The work outs are challenging but so rewarding. Every work out is different so there is always an element of surprise. I would definitely recommend LBB to anyone who wants to get serious about their fitness and health. Graham is so supportive and every class is different from the last. He really teaches you about how to get the most out of your 30 minute session and also helps out with nutrition and training tips. I've been a devoted member of LBB for over 3.5 years now and I am still loving it! Graham and Isaac are fantastic at motivating you and unleashing your potential. I have made some great friends whilst training and would recommend it to people at all fitness levels. I've tried Insanity and P90X etc, but after complaints from neighbours I decided that a park was a better place to exercise! This has the same intensity but infinitely more social and fun. Can't really go back to trying to softly jump in my living room anymore More...

I've been going to Lean Body Bootcamp since I moved to London about 18months ago.
Previously I used to go to gym classes a few times a week, but it's fair to say I didn't know what hard work was until I started this and I didn't know what amazing results I could achieve either.
My fitness and strength have improved massively, but what sets this apart from other things I have done is the personal service you receive. The instructors know your name, know what you can achieve and provide advice on how to meet your goals. It's like having a personal trainer who will push you whilst training with your mates, meaning it's fun too. There's definitely no hiding in a group of 50 people with a coloured bib being shouted out, Lean Body Bootcamp WILL help you get the results you desire!
