Having spent her whole life working towards or within the emergency veterinary industry, making the decision to leave was a very hard decision for Kelly. She saw many amazing recoveries and met animals and people who made it all worthwhile (some of those she will never forget). However, in the end, the bad was starting to vastly outweigh the good and it was decided that it was time to move on to happier fields...literally! Now Kelly makes a difference in other ways, providing the pets of Stockport with top-quality care services (whilst occasionally raising the odd needy puppy, feral kitten or injured wild animal).

Leading With Love has a variety of services that can be tailored to your pet's individual needs. The main focus is solo dog walks, however, group walks (with dogs from another household) will be considered at your request based on temperament and compatibility. You won't just receive photos and videos of your dogs whilst in the care of Leading With Love; the walks will also be GPS tracked so you can see where your pup has been on their adventures. Leading With Love also offers pet sitting in your own home, which means your dog gets to stay in their own environment (no physical upheaval = less worry for you and your pet).

Those years working in emergency veterinary medicine means that Kelly is calm even in the most extreme pet-related emergencies. Kelly is first aid and CPR trained, having the real-life experience from a very busy 24-hour veterinary hospital - not just the certificate from a quick one day course. Kelly is well aware of the common dangers (as well as the rare dangers that most people wouldn’t even think of) that our beloved pets could be exposed to and she is able to prevent exposure to these dangers with her expert awareness. She also caters for those pets which have extra behavioural, nutritional or medical needs (even severe ones) that means that you may be worried about leaving them in the care of someone less experienced.
