The team at Leadfreak very simply make me feel like I have another highly productive employee, for a fraction of the price (.
..and the hassle!). We're a very busy team, with client service taking up the majority of our time, so the 'nice to haves' (such as Social Media and email marketing campaigns) never used to really get the time they deserved. Now we feel like it's all taken care of, and we just watch the orders roll in.
At our initial consultation, Leadfreak took time to get to know our business well, and since our partnership began, they have always 'kept us in the loop' with monthly reporting and occasional emails as and when necessary. They are also always respectful of the fact that we'll have the final say on any new ideas/budgets etc., and take our views (based on our experience) of the market very seriously.
I trust them completely to continue to further the business without taking up much of our time, and all for a very reasonable fixed monthly price. It's a genius concept and I just wish we'd found them sooner! Would not hesitate to recommmend.
