I found one-to-one leadership coaching with Nick very effective - he is a great personality to work with and we explored and practically tested a wide variety of different approaches to management and leadership during the course of our coaching sessions, which helped me to learn through experience the approach that works most effectively for me.

I strongly recommend Nick for business and career coaching. From very early on in our sessions we identified and evaluated the perceived challenges I was facing and we discussed and agreed tangible strategies for me to action. Nick was very supportive throughout the whole period of our coaching - literally a phone call away and my biggest support when I felt overwhelmed with a situation, offering me empathy but also sound objective advice and action points, helping me navigate through complex work situations. I would highly recommend Nick for business coaching.

Having had taster sessions with a four different business coaches, I chose Nick and had an initial coaching session with him in March 2017. It was Nick's more focused and tailored approach which led me to believe coaching with him would be of the most long term benefit.

Using the he LSI indicator results, Nick immediately focused on areas I needed to develop, leading to effective and constructive sessions from the start. Following monthly sessions built on the initial session, developing my confidence and effectiveness.

Coaching with Nick has had an overwhelmingly positive impact on my work, in particular aiding in my promotion in September 2017

I have over twenty years experience within Executive Leadership and Organisational Development, working with a range of leading clients.

In my role at my current organisation LeadersRock I provide expert HR Consultancy, specialising in Leadership and Organisational Development. I work closely with business leaders to develop and implement strategic plans which drive organisational effectiveness. As well partnering with HR to determine new department structures and ensure that the right people, processes, rewards, structure and leadership capabilities are in place to successfully deliver organisational change, reduce staff turnover and improve net profit.

As a Member of the Human Synergistics Global Change Circle and a Performance Climate System accredited practitioner I use a range of assessments including the Performance Climate System and Leadership Style Inventory (LSI) tools to assess culture, effectiveness and correlate any gaps between thinking and behaviour. This enables me to design and deliver a range of training solutions including management training programmes, group workshops, group and individual coaching sessions to bridge these gaps, change behaviour and develop high performing synergistic teams. Many of these programmes develop the skills, behaviours and capabilities required for transformational business changes. I have excellent analytical skills, which I regularly use to evaluate the effectiveness of development programmes.

My role involves extensive coaching, with over 1000 hours of one-to-one coaching. As a qualified Co-Active coach, I regularly use this approach in my coaching sessions. I recently coached a Senior Manager from a firm in the City to Director within 12 months.

I have excellent communication skills, including strong listening, persuasion and influencing skills which enable me to engage stakeholders, quickly becoming a trusted partner who provides expert advice on leadership, team and organisational development. I also advise leaders on the most effective psychological assessment tools to assess their teams.

I am a highly organised person with strong project management skills, which I have demonstrated by leading a range of leadership development, cultural change and transformation programmes. These programmes delivered lasting change as well as developing trust based cultures which increase performance and results. As part of the leadership team in previous companies I personally led large scale changes including office closures, business restructures, mergers and acquisitions, as well as leading the growth of a regional office which involved extensive change management.

We administer the most widely used and thoroughly researched tool for measuring organisational culture.
The tool provides an assessment of the operating culture in terms of the behaviours that members believe are required to “fit in and meet expectations” within their organisations or teams.

It is administered on an individual basis. Results reveal the shared behavioural expectations that operate within the organisation and can be used to define the culture that will maximise performance and long-term effectiveness for the person and team

Our tool focuses on the ways in which managers approach more tactical, day-to-day management responsibilities or the leadership strategies leaders use and the impact they have on the people around them. These tools are appropriate for managers and leaders at all levels, and particularly for those who are responsible for executing the organisation's agenda through organising, motivating, and guiding the efforts of other people. The data gives managers an opportunity to learn about their:
1) Management Effectiveness along task, people, and personal criteria
2) Impact on others, in terms of the extent to which they motivate and drive the people around them; and
3) Management Approaches, in terms of the frequency with which they carry out their responsibilities in Facilitating versus Inhibiting ways

Using a simulation exercise set in an unfamiliar location and/or unusual circumstances, this simulation take participants outside of their organisational roles and areas of expertise to a situation where only their synergistic problem-solving skills will help them to survive. This will highlight general problem-solving processes and skills whilst be encouraged to think differently. Our tool allows us to reinforce team-building efforts, promote constructive decision making, improve the quality of the team decisions and increase members' satisfaction and integrate team development with individual, leadership, and organisational development
