They have arranged several buy-to-let mortgages for us and they assisted us in registering a limited company. Not many brokers operate like LEA Financial Services. They always provide an intelligent and easily-understandable explanation after thoroughly checking our circumstances. Currently living 30 miles from Plymouth, we made the decision to be near to secondary schools for our teenage children & bought a second home in Plymouth. Les researched and provided us with various options on available mortgages which best suited our needs; with a wealth of experience in the area he was able to provide absolute clarity on all aspects which we were unsure about. He was extremely understanding when the first house we were hoping to buy fell through just days before we were due to exchange contracts.
