Great moist giant Reeses cookie and big espresso cupcake with heavenly light yet sweet frosting. I never like whipped- I go for traditional frosting yet this frosting was like perfect combination sweetness of traditional and also feather light! ! And important to me was it was affordable. I have to review this place!!! I am a baker myself.. and it's hard to find a place that can get a vanilla cake done right the way I like it. .. Spongy, moist, and the icing melts in your mouth! I love the wedding cake here!!! I tried most of the flavors already and the one I like least of all is the red velvet. Wonderful cake for my dad's 80th birthday! So yummy and exactly what we wanted to cake to look like (we added toy car). Side note: get the cookie butter filling! Will use them again for sure.

Went there on whim to check it out, so glad I did!Was greeted by Patricia with a big smile and a welcome. If the delicious assortment of baked goods wasn't enough, the service put it over the top! Patricia gave excellent recommendations and helped us find exactly what myself and my friend were looking for. (the chocolate chip cookies were fantastic!)Really enjoyed our visit and would recommend the same to anyone in the area. Beautiful cakes all around, sculptures even!We left with bags full of goodies at prices that were sweet and digestible. Not all cakes are made the same when it comes to quality of ingredients and attention to detail. Oh and it really helps when you have a wonderful consultant to walk you through your vision. We met Lauren Le at a Bridal show and couldn't be any happier with our wedding cake and the groom's cake. We've been to several tastings with other well known wedding cake shops. They are just as talented but when it came down to taste, Le Cakery was the best. They are not ridiculously sweet and will adjust to your needs. For those big shops out there, they couldn't accommodate since they have a pre-set ingredient mix they couldn't change. True story! Most places have a great buttercream design but it's chock-full of sugar. For the amount of money you'll shell out for a wedding cake, we wanted to make sure we enjoyed our two bites of heaven! We ended up with two flavors for the wedding cake: Amaretto buttercream with raspberry and salted caramel with toffee bits (4 tier cake for over 200+ guests). Even when we decided last minute in the month of our wedding to do a groom's cake, Lauren delivered. My husband played backgammon as a kid with his grandpa so this cake was a homage to him since he is no longer here with us. The detail (even in person) is amazing. Best of all, it tasted so great! Wow, can we have another event just to have these cakes again? Back to those two bites - there's plenty of cake leftover and we had a blast eating it for our post wedding brunch in our fat pants. The cookie butter cupcake, the key lime cupcake and the amaretto cherry cupcake are amazing. Bring them home and let them rest on a cool counter top. Le Cakery Boutique is a perfect example of an amazing bakery. Their cakes and cupcakes are incredibly delicious, there's no way you can "just have one" when it comes to their cookies, either! Everything is made in house and you can really taste the care that goes into each of their products. The cake and frosting combinations are wonderful. Cookie butter always seems the be an initial favorite, but I haven't been let down by anything Le Cakery has had to offer.The service is phenomenal. My wife and I ordered our wedding cake from Le Cakery and Lauren, the owner, walked us through the process to help us choose not only a delicious and beautiful cake, but also an option that would be economical for us. It's no secret that wedding cakes are expensive, but Lauren took the time to listen to our needs and gave use numerous options while respecting our budget. She's the reason this place works. Y'all, I got myself a Yelp account just so I could let everyone know how WONDERFUL this place is. I made my first stop in after I had recently moved to Houston. My mom and I were curious about the shopping center and drove through to see what was there. Obviously we stopped for cupcakes...because who doesn't stop for cupcakes? We picked a few and took them home to share with my fiance and step-dad. Y'ALL WERE WE SURPRISED AT HOW FRIGGIN GOOD THESE CUPCAKES ARE!!! They were DELICIOUS and hands down way better than Crave, the grocery store, or Sprinkles. Since I was in the middle of planning a wedding, we decided that they would have to be our dessert. Which was wonderful because we were rather uninspired in the department before then. I'm a low maintenance girl planning a back yard wedding, so I was thinking we would pick up a few things from CosCo and call it a day. But after trying these delicious treats I knew there was no way I would want to serve my friends and family anything else. We made a meeting with the manager a few weeks before the wedding and were so lucky they could fit us in. We got to try (binge on) a few more flavors and select several for our wedding. They were a HUGE hit! Everyone kept talking about how good the cupcakes were and we hardly had any left over.The manager could not have been kinder to us. She was helpful, not at all pushy (#pushysalespeoplearetheworst), and so happy we weren't eating brownies from Sams on our wedding day. Just finished some Madeleines from Le Cakery. I was told these ones were made with a shortbread dough. I love Madeleines, the cakey texture, the crisp edges, the delicate flavor, even the vague mysterious history behind them. (No one knows for sure who developed them, but their 1st appearance in a cookbook is in the mid 18th century.) These Madeleines were not glazed, either. I see someone is saying they are not worth it, but when you are able to tell that this is buttercream they use, instead of the icing they cut with shortening at Crave (or your local grocery store), you understand why these cupcakes are priced a bit high. Also, consider the location - if you go next door to the gluten-free bakery, you're paying $7 for a loaf of bread (well, I wouldn't, especially since it's terrible GF bread and it's all frozen). My point is, $3.50 for a cup cake is not too bad, but the going rate.  They are using good ingredients, and the cupcakes are made with care. I believe only one person works there, and he is probably the owner.  I used to be a baker, so I feel as though I am able to offer a solid opinion. I will not go to Crave, a place that everyone likes, because I can tell they are cutting corners.I have not tried the cakes yet, from Le Cakery. I have not looked at the prices. They have some elaborate looking cakes (one model looked like a geode, which I thought was pretty cool).  It seems to me that you could probably get just about anything you wanted, if you went in there and asked them to make it.
