We stopped in here just or desert and drinks after a great meal at Ahmad's across the street. The staff could not have been nicer and the ambience top notch. We ordered the donuts and they were out of this world amazing. Soft, chewy, sugary and hot, with a hint of salt, and some warm chocolate dipping sauce. I am glad we only got six of them because I could have popped them in my mouth all night at the expense of my health. Bar staff was also very accommodating with my drink order. Took a Saturday to go on a food tour with Omaha Culinary Tours. This was a highlight of the tour. Great to talk with the chef and a delicious taste of why we need to go back! A must stop in Omaha!

Amazing service,Deliciously Crafted food and great atmosphere. Max (our server) delivered the best service my family recieved in Omaha overall. The Steak Tartare was the reason for our visit because we were looking for a place that served it as my 13 yr old had it on his bucket list. The Burger was deliciously filling. The atmosphere and the breakfast menu are different from traditional Midwest restaurants. It makes one feels like if one is in some romantic place in France. We used to come often when It was the French Café because I was very close. Now we are not very close so we visit less often but it is always refreshing to enjoy a Sunday breakfast with either friends or family in a lovely place like yours. Keep the good work! We've never eaten French before, at least not at a French restaurant, but Le Bouillon provided a great experience. My wife and I weren't very knowledgeable with the drink menu, I just ordered something random as I like new experiences but my wife is less of an explorer and asked for something with rum. The drink she got she didn't like at all, she was polite about it and didn't want a replacement but the bartender came over and insisted. He asked her what sort of things she likes and then came out with something else that she absolutely loved and we only paid for that drink. My husband and I went for our second anniversary. We made a reservation, but it was a Tuesday and it wasn't necessary. Overall, we enjoyed everything, but the food was salty. Even my husband who salts everything I prepare at home mentioned the food was too salty. However, everything was really delicious, and every component in each dish was carefully thought out. We had a bone marrow appetizer, the steak, scallops, greens, and beets. My other small gripe was our waitress. She was nice, but plainly nervous and overly eager. One of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had, anywhere. Beautiful, charming place. Amazing food & wine. We went there with our 2 daughters from out of town plus son-in-law & 3 grandkids ages 12, 10 & 8. Everyone was treated as if they were the most important customer there. My experience at Le Bouillon was one of the highlights of my trip! While the food (oysters and steak tartar) were incredible, the mixologist, Granville, is what made the experience so special. Granville is one of those rare people who knows how to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and happy! He has a knack for determining what you like and hitting it on the nail. Not only were is libations some of the best I've ever had, his dinner recommendations where right on point as well.
