Le Blanc-Cake

Everything we had hoped for in the wedding cake was spot on in terms of flavour and finish. Dana is a master of her craft and so easy to work with from conception through to the final stage. Nothing is a problem to her and knowing we were transporting the cake 220 miles north of where she works, she did everything possible to ensure the cakes would arrive at their destination in perfect condition. The three tiers of lemon cake, carrot cake and passionfruit cake were delicious and cut beautifully into fingers without crumbling. I cannot recommend Le-Blanc Cake highly enough. More...

I found Dana via a Facebook group within my local area, she came highly recommended. She was easy to communicate with, and her talent is exceptional! Dana not only created the perfect cake topper, she was full friendly, professional and able to give ideas to ensure it was perfect. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dana. She made our wedding cake, a three tier in three flavours, beautifully finished in buttercream.
