What do you love most about your job?
I love that every day is different. I am very much a people person and I have always struggled working behind a desk all day. My business allows me to be on the road everyday meeting new exciting and wonderful people, seeing the range of low to high end properties and offering advice and vision to how we can better them and offer the client a great service which is the most rewarding thing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked as an Estate Agent in London for 5+ years and Managed two lettings offices, I quickly realised there were a range of services where the end user (Landlord/Tenant) were not receiving a 5 star service and the agent or the middle man just wanted things done quickly and often compromised on quality to do so. I therefore have sought out to set up a Property Company which covers all key service areas in a fair and transparent way.
I initially decided to follow my passion and begin with Photography. The natural first in road to obtain work was to carry out Property Photography in the real estate market. Through my bubbly character and hardworking ethic I met some fantastic people and my network grew quickly and often I was approached my many clients to ask whether I could also offer them additional services as like Painting/Decorating/End of Tenancy Cleaning etc.
The business then grew organically and I started to branch out and collaborate with some really highly skilled individuals. I currently have an awesome team and we all have the same vision to deliver the best service for the client and to go over and above the norm.

I have worked in the industry and I have first hand experience of what suppliers are like. I pride myself on loyalty and hard work and therefore will always push all possibilities to ensure the client has the best service. Whether that means conducting a Photoshoot outside of normal working hours or having to conduct an Inventory report last minute because the landlord has just found a tenant and the condition report needs to be done before they move in.
I will always seek to put the client first and much of my business today began from a free trial and the client's eventually became our long term business partners.

We create 2D and 3D floor plans, ensuring accuracy and consistency in a range of style options. Floor plans are the most effective tool for presenting a property’s layout, size, dimensions and furniture configuration.
Our fully trained staff can visit your property to conduct the site survey and supply the finalised marketing plans to you via email PDF or Jpeg, ready to upload on the property portals.
A detailed floor plan will better qualify your viewings by giving an accurate representation of the size and layout.
