What makes a great website?
When your customer can brainlessly navigate your website, feel accomplished doing so, and follows through your conversion funnel through completion.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What differentiates your business from your competitors? Who are your competitors? Who is your primary audience? Are there any specific features you would like your website to have and why? Do you have a logo, style guide, fonts, colors, or anything that MUST be used? What do you want your website to accomplish, i.e., what are your objectives? What do you want your visitors to do once they are at your website? How will you measure the success/results of your new website?
What do you love most about your job?
I get to work on great project with great people. As an example, I sit on the board of directors for The Sanctuary at Soledad Goats. I volunteered to help redesign their website and work on their digital marketing to spread more awareness about the non-profit and get an increase in donations and volunteers. I've always been passionate about animals and it was my pleasure to offer my expertise in an area where help was needed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was fortunate enough to learn from the greatest, my father.
Why should our clients choose you?
I studied and have a degree in Computer Information Systems. I have worked as a consultant for several larger development firms throughout my career, participate in industry discussions, and have taken numerous continuing education courses. I remain very active in the digital community and regularly attend industry conferences.
