Luke arrived at my address today at the exact time he said he'd arrive at. He shown up and got straight to work with no time wasting.
He found the fault and had the part on his van to fix it. Also his price was a lot more easy to swallow than what others had quoted. I will be using luke for any other future issues and services and will be highly recommending him to others.

Like many people who has had work undertaken by LD Plumbing and Heating have not bothered to post their experience, so I'm putting that right now.
On both occasions when using LD I was impressed by their high standard of work (thank you Luke) and reasonable cost. Luke is a gas safe engineer who will give you sound advice on all your heating and plumbing questions.

Luke Deacon did a winter service on our boiler yesterday he’s ex British Gas and has just started up bus own business. His price is considerably less than others we were quoted and it was the most thorough service that boiler has ever had.
He even checked our outside gas meter.
He told us so much about our heating system and how to make it more efficient
We shall certainly be using him fir all of our plumbing needs in the future.
He’s a really kind honest man and we totally recommend him

Had Luke round today to take a look at a problem on my combi boiler.
He phoned at 1500 saying he’d be here in 15 minutes.
.....arrived bang on 1515.
Not only is he a friendly, polite guy, he also really knows his stuff. You can see he’s genuinely interested in the job.
I explained the diagnosis (that I’d had from a different plumber) and he set to work, finding the proper fault and rectifying it within an hour. Not only is the 10 year old boiler working better than ever, he also saved us more than £300!!
We’ll certainly be calling Luke for any future plumbing work we need around the house and also the new bathroom we’re planning.
I can’t fault the service of this guy.
