I love designing and meeting new people. We love trying new stuff. Experiencing architecture the it should be. Architecture should be done to compliment the human being and not the other way around.

I have always been creative and I wanted to challenge myself in the entrepreneur environment. I am not one that can focus on sitting behind my desk 24/7. I wanted to explore what it means to live life.

I am known by my colleagues and clients to be passionate for my work as well as thinking outside the box. Yes we do do some typical designs from any architect you go to, but we also do exclusivity the best way we can. We love challegning ourselves and we do not tie our selves down to one style. I believe I am a generational type architect.

Services

This is important to know the full scope of what you can actually build on your site. Can you build a multi storey building? Can you extend you build? Can you build multiple units? How does the weather effect your space?

Diagrammatic sketches to find a direction to travel. This is systematic brainstorming session to fine tune decision making. Where do you want to position these buildings? Am I happy with the bulking of that space? How does it affect the environment and surroundings?

After we have established a direction we no travel the distance by fleshing out the design. This is where you see pretty pictures of the vision.

These drawings are not necessarily for you. It is drawings required to obtain approval from various authorities. eg. Estates, Town planning, and final local authority. This approval is a permit to allow you to break ground.

While plans are circulating at the municipality our office will start developing the fine details and minor design elements that needs to be priced by the builder, The quantity surveyor to calculate. This is what really gives your building the wow effect. These drawing work in conjunction with the engineer. Both Engineering and our drawings go to QS if one is appointed or go straight to tender for the procurement process.

The is for the Architect and the professional team to have meeting to monitor the project on site and resolve possible issue should it arise. Monitor percentage of cash paid to contractor versus the the percentage of work actually carried out on site. Amount of materials on site. Also make sure the client and the contractor are fair to each other.

Suppose you bought a property or you have a property that you made changes to but never asked the municipality for approval. We will measure your building and submit all changes for approval and rectify errors that have been made.
