I bought groupon deal for message .i had to wait 5 months, when finally appoinment was booked,i was on my way to appointment she called me cancell it when she knew i had drive more than hour and leave work early. Then she suggested i should pay the full price and get the appointment when i want, 2nd time she ask me come 1 hour early when she knew im at work,3rd time she said her son is not well and 4th time she said her phone is playing up so she didnt see my message. In the end i had to refund my voucher and buy another service which i still continuing. This place has very poor customer service she does not care about gropoun she cearly told me that she does groupon to fill in free appointments. Nobody should buy groupon for this service More...
