LAX Car Service MGCLS

Where to begin...MGCLS is the best!!!. This is my first time booking a private car service for my Boss. I live in Palm Springs so I did my research on Yelp and came across MGCLS. I'm so happy I found them as my Boss was very satisfied with their service. Omg Mike is so fast replying back! Whether is online or text, I was definitely impressed. He texted me to confirm the trip, and make sure everything was good. I had last minute changes and every time he did them without hesitation. He send me a new itinerary every time I did a change which was comforting because that assure me the changes were made. I also asked Mike if they can add an additional message to the sign (the meet and greet service) and I asked if he can send me a picture which he did. Wow that's going above and beyond! My Boss was so impressed how friendly and professional the driver was when he met him at the airport. MGCLS made me look good and will be definitely using them for future trips as my boss travels often. If you're thinking about booking them, DO IT! You won't regret it. Thank you Mike and team! Amazing service tonight from my driver, Ralph!! :)He texted me as soon as he arrived to the airport since I flew in from Vancouver to LAX. I found him very easily by the baggage claim, and we had a 30-second walk to his parked car inside the structure at LAX. The car was in pristine condition and very comfortable (seat warmers, water bottles, even candy made me happy.)He was pleasant, cracked a few jokes, and played mellow music in the car that was perfect after a tiring travel day. The day before I traveled, Tony from MGCLS called me to confirm my car reservation. I really appreciatedtheir, as I've dealt with some terrible car services in the past that got my pick-up time, location, etc. wrong. I have been using this service for about 1.5 years for my boss with no issues.  They are fast to respond and make changes.  My boss is very particular with everything you can think of and he will tell me if he does not like something.  He has been happy with them all this time.  I always get him in a Tesla. We used MGCLS Car Service for our airport to hotel transportation and they were awesome. Rodrigo and Freddy were friendly and very professional. We received a text from Rodrigo as soon as we landed at LAX with instructions on how to contact our driver when we had our bags and were ready to go. Returning to the airport was just as easy, Freddy was even early just to make sure we departed for the airport with a little extra time. They did Not disappoint!!! Thank you very much! My friend and her family were going to LA/Disneyland for the first time. I wanted to do something special for them. Amazing is all I have to say about this Company. I used them in March 2019 for my pick up at LAX. They were on time and extremely friendly. I called LAX town car to booked a service for my friend who flew in Nevada. Their quote was inexpensive, they picked her up on time and she said the ride was smooth, driver courteous and car smelled good. My experience was great. THEY DO NOT HAVE FAST LANE. I am currently sitting in unusual traffic on my way to the airport, which would have been bypassed if he had a fast lane transponder. This is the first black car service in LA that I have used that does not have this. Add extra time to your commute to deal with this. <br><br>Other than that, the driver was nice and the car clean. I'm not sure I'd use them again, though, because using the express lane on the 110 in LA is a huge time saver. More...

Great service. Fast, professional and did I say fast? Had a family member "stuck" at Greyhound station in LA. Two separate services allowed me to book a ride online (and pay online) only to contact my family member moments later saying that they no longer service that area of LA and would refund my money in 5-6 business days. MGCLS website would not allow me to book a car for the time frame I needed but Alex (through 24 hour chat) was very helpful (and professional, and patient) and managed to have a car and driver to my family member in less than 2 hours. She said the car was clean and the driver (Ralph) was "really nice". I had tipped with the online payment and when my family member attempted to leave an additional tip the driver told her it was already taken care of and would not accept it. I would HIGHLY recommend MGCLS to anyone (and everyone). If I am ever in the LA area personally I know who I will call for a ride. Also good to note the price was SO reasonable! More...

I decided to splurge a little and opted to upgrade from a typical taxi to a luxury sedan for a trip to LAX with my father.  After comparing prices and seeing some less than stellar reviews of other car service companies I chose MGCLS LAX Car Service.  I was not disappointed!  Our driver, Ralph, was very friendly and courteous.  He showed up well before the scheduled pickup time which put me at ease knowing that we would make our flight on time.  He drove like a professional.  Not tossing us around, cutting other drivers off or squeezing through intersections.  Thank you Ralph and MGCLS LAX Car Service for sending us off on our vacation feeling like precious cargo! Great reliable service. I needed a car at 430am to drive me almost 50 miles to LAX. Alex assured me via web chat the night before not to worry and that the driver would be there.
