Lawson Architecture Limited provide project specific architectural services for residential and commercial projects, which range from small permitted development rights applications for extensions and loft conversions through to full planning applications for new housings as one offs or for small developments. Each project is tailored to meet your particular requirements.

We also work on commercial projects including retail, entertainment centres, and golf courses, and also work with developers on housing developments.

We offer clients a full service from the initial brief and feasibility studies through to submission for planning consent, and post planning we provide services for Building Regulation packages, tender procedures to obtain quotes from contractors, and can administer construction contracts for the construction stage.

We liaise with the Council to mitigate any queries raised where possible pre-application and during the application as planning legislation is always changing, and close attention is required to ensure that proposals meet requirements.

If clients only require drawings, we are happy to tailor the works to suit your requirements, if you already have drawings and require assistance for the construction stages we are prepared to take on the project and carry it through the next stages.

The company director is Chantal Foo BSc Hons MArch DipArch ARB RIBA, who is a RIBA Chartered Architect and registered with the Architects Registration Board. Chantal has over 10 years of practical experience in the profession, previously working with a large UK based company, and has run architectural practices since 2011. She has a keen eye for attention to detail, and believes that good design is vital to the success of a project and the quality of living achieved.
