Lawlor car service

I have rated 5 stars in the hope that you sort the abusive , out of order and unconsidered parking your cars with tlyour logos do every night after 21 until midnight in epping station in the bus stop and all over the roundabout . Yesterday myself and my wife struggled to get on the bus with her zimmer frame as there was blocked with taxis the bus stop and the poor bus driver had no choice and stopped in the middle of the roundabout to pick passangers. When you’ve been to a concert at the RAH and you miss the last train home and end up stranded at Lancaster Gate.... who ya gonna call? LAWLORS! A huge thank-you to the driver that dropped Oliver at school today. Although a little late, he insisted the school opened the gates to let him in (apparently its not school policy to do so! ). I’ve used Lawlors several times now since opening in stansted, can be a nightmare getting cabs after a certain time in dunmow, we used them a lot over xmas for ourselves and friends by using the app which is easy to use, they arrived when they said they would and drivers were all very friendly and helpful.

I have used Lawlors Stansted Office several times now for airport pickup to drop in Braintree.
As is quite often the case, my flights have been delayed but the drivers have always offered great communication & been happy to wait.
I even had to cancel a pick up at late notice due to my flight to Stansted being cancelled & this was done at no cost.
Drivers & staff always polite & courteous & the app is fab!

Overall great service, drivers & vehicles. Had 1 poor driver who text while driving & continued to do so when asked to stop. He also charged ‘waiting time’ because I’d booked a 6 seater & he didn’t have the seats configured correctly when he arrived (husband paid so I didn’t know at the time, I wouldn’t have paid the extra).

First time using Lawlors in Stortford last night. Booked a people carrier using the app and was kept updated on when our cab would arrive. Right on time and when our driver was stuck in a queue of cabs picking up from our party, he called to tell us where he was. Both of the drivers were lovely - a great start and finish to our evening.
