We offer all services related to Family Law matters such as divorce; custody/visitation; property division; child and spousal support; establishment of parental rights (i.e., Paternity); Mediation; and guardianships. The office is currently working remotely and appointments are done via Zoom or by phone. We hope to return to in-person initial meetings in a few months.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. That is the main reason I became an attorney. I did not become an attorney to get rich. I believe in helping people and walking them through tough situations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for another attorney for almost 7 years and finally decided to go out on my own. That was 22 years ago now. I like being my own boss and have the flexibility in my own schedule.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I’m compassionate; hard working; listen well to the clients; fight when we have to and I settle when it is possible. I try to get the clients through the process with out them having to spend a fortune to get divorced or see their children. I have 28 years of experience as an attorney. Since 1994, I have also offer my volunteer services to the court on a semi-monthly basis to help settle matters through their Settlement Conferences and Settlement Officer Conference matters when needed.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I currently only offer services online, remotely or by phone. All court appearances are currently being held remotely as well. I conduct my initial consultations with people either via Zoom or by telephone. After that, communication is by email or phone calls. I hope to go back to meeting in person; however, during the pandemic, I moved my office to my home office and so in-person meetings will need to be arranged ahead of time at a locate TBD.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All meetings are either done remotely or by phone so there has been no risk of getting Covid-19. If documents need to be provided, I ask for them to be emailed. If they have to be dropped off at a physical location, the people running the location are still wearing masks inside and have hand sanitizers. Staff have all been vaccinated against Covid-19 as well.

The Law Office of Sandra J. McManus offers services on the following issues: Divorce/Legal Separation; the establishment or modification of Custody and Visitation; the establishment or modification of Child and Spousal Support; and Property Division.
We also offer services for the establishment of parental rights for non-married parties (aka "Paternity").
In addition to the option of retaining the Attorney to represent you in your case; the attorney also offers serves on a Limited Scope Basis (i.e., one issue or one court appearance); or as a consulting attorney; or as a Mediator; or to assist you on an hourly basis (pay as you go) depending on your financial ability to pay and what your needs are. The attorney can discuss all these options during her free 1/2 hour initial consultation.
