My wife and I attended one of Bob's seminar's on estate planning. I was amazed at his knowledge and qualifications and ability to explain the subject matter. We made an appointment and had him draw up a Living Trust for us. After couple of appointments and some paperwork, we have a solid plan now for our estate. Bob is also incredibly accessible and supportive after your plan is in place. I recently needed some information from him for my new job and he provided exactly what I needed in a voice mail immediately. Robert did an excellent job for my family. We had a probate issue in which assets were left outside a trust. We needed to file the Heggstad petition to see if the court would deem that the assets should have been in the trust, so we could avoid probate. He checked with the court to confirm that the based on the circumstances it would likely be granted. None of the attorneys I spoke with mentioned doing this or gave me any idea of what our chances for success would be if we chose to move forward with the petition. Robert's fees were very reasonable and he got the work done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Robert based on my experience in working with him on on this estate issue. More...

I met Robert at my work where he held a seminar on estate planning and the importance of having a living trust. I was impressed with his wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in estate planning, and how to best plan for children in mind and tax purposes. I decided to have him prepare our plan. He was very thorough in explaining things in a fashion that's easy to understand, and uses real life examples. After three 2 hour meetings, we completed our living trust. His fees are very reasonable and are flat rates. He also offers Saturday appoitments which are convenient to working parents. What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to assist families with their estate planning needs. I love helping families plan for the orderly transfer of wealth, sometimes over several generations, while avoiding the time, expense and public nature of both Conservatorship and Probate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an entrepreneur, even when I worked for others. I like being able to respond quickly to changing circumstances, and crafting my business approach and delivery of legal services.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a simple answer, I'm very good at what I do. I have been helping hundreds of families with their estate planning needs since 1982.
