I wish I could give Jeff and his staff more than five stars. We talked to a few lawyers before we found Jeff but we didn’t feel comfortable enough to work with them. I found Jeff online and I saw the great reviews he has from his clients. I called Jeff’s office and spoke to Margarita. She was so sweet and helpful. She rushed and gave me the soonest available appointment she had. We went to the office and we met with them. Right there my husband and I said yes this is our lawyer. Jeff asked us a lot of questions in our first meeting but he was not aggressive as other attorneys we talked to. He was nice and he showed us interest in knowing us as people not just as clients or to evaluate our marriage. We trusted each other at that meeting and we decided to get my green card through his office. I was so afraid at the beginning and didn’t know what to expect but Jeff and Margarita made everything easy. They worked with me step by step to complete my applications and gather my documents. Well well well! I’ve came across a lot of lawyers in my life due to my situation of being an immigrant in the US, when I started approaching different lawyers and discussed my case none of them showed me a positive sign. Absolutely unbelievable service.
Jeff and his team was working on my case. And they did an amazing job. My every meeting with Jeff was super intuitive. Regardless of how many times I tried to consult him or meet with him. It was always immaculately scheduled. I can’t forget that the day I had my interview, I literally gave up. I refused to attend my interview and my wife called Jeff 6 am in the morning. And he perpetuated me to not miss the interview and I put my self together. By the time I arrived at the interview :( I was late and I had missed my call. But Jeff had requested the officer and she agreed to interview us later that day.

The most unbelievable part starts here. Jeff ended up staying the whole day till like 1 pm and never billed us for that. And guess what our paper work submitted by Jeff and his team was pretty thorough and complete. So I got it all in a week after my interview.

Jeff was very thorough! You could tell that he had a lot of experience and provided good recommendations. We didn't have any requests for evidence and the process for both the K1 and Adjustment of Status (Greencard). He walked my now wife and I through all of the steps and processes as well as had us put together a very thorough packet demonstrating our relationship.

For the Greencard interview, he was present and helped clarify questions we had during the interview. There was a little confusion around whether or not we needed a second medical exam or not, however this was due to rules changing recently. It worked out in the end and we had success!!!! We would definitely utilize him in a few years if my wife decides to go for citizenship.
