Great Lawyer! James helped me with my fiancé visa and adjusting it to permanent residency status. He guided me and my husband from scratch to every step of the way to successfully finish the process. There is just no doubt that he is very professional and knowledgeable about all the immigration law. It made us feel relieved whenever we got nervous during the process. He was always quick to respond to our issues and questions with detailed and thoroughly explained answers. Also (price-wise), he never overcharges you with unnecessary expenses. James gave excellent advice, was always available to answer questions (even though his office is 250 miles away), and walked us through the process in the most professional manner. Since I met Mr. Montana in 2014, I know him to professional and considerate of his clients. I can remembered when, I couldn’t pay all of his attorney in full that He charged me, I asked him to helped me considerate payment and he consented. Mr. Montana is not all about the attorney fees, he’s Wish to seeing everyone of his clients to get the best outcome as he can do in his own weak ways, because he believes in the future of his clients in seeking legal status in the proper way. When I first met Mr. Montana in 2014, I never had no workpermit, because I was on F-1 status(student). He worked with me until I successly got my work permit for the first time in the USA and later, I used the work permit to obtained my Social Security number. James served as the immigration attorney for me and my wife as we went through the Adjustment of Status process, after we got married via the K-1 visa process. From our very first meeting, he impressed us with his prodigious breadth of knowledge on the various laws and scenarios that come with an adjustment of status. He took the time to get to know us as people, not just clients, to fully understand our story. In a time where the US is in political unrest and immigration is a hot button issue, working with James on our application helped to allay our concerns and anxiety about the overall process. We did our own due diligence about the process beforehand, but ended up with many questions that he was able to answer and steer us in the right direction. He was extremely thorough in our meetings and correspondences to ensure that we had filled out all of the forms correctly and provided the additional documentation required. Throughout the process of filing the application, awaiting and receiving all of the Notices from CIS, and preparing us for the interview, he was quick to respond to any of our questions in a timely manner.
