Lavina is, hands down, the BEST MUA you can hope to work with. I cannot give her enough stars. Besides being incredibly talented professionally speaking, she is one of the kindest, gentlest souls. She is honest, realizable, trustworthy, and has the upmost level of integrity and professionalism. She is exactly the kind of loving and calming personality you want to have in the bridal suite with you as you're getting ready for your big day. She did my bridal hair and make up for my wedding in 2011 and we recently used her again for myself, my mom, and my sister (the bride this time around!). I can truly say that her skill level has only improved further and that despite her success, she remains the most humble and down to earth person in the business. She puts her heart and soul into her clients and it shows in her work. My recommendation simply cannot do her justice. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. More...

I couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup artist to work with! Lavina made me look and feel like a princess during my wedding and reception! I generally don’t wear much makeup beyond lipstick and eyeliner so it took us a few trials to find a simple and natural look that I was comfortable with. Lavina was kind, understanding, and patient throughout it all helping me find the exact look I was going for! In addition, she was always on time with her appointments and very professional throughout my entire experience with her. Hands down the best MUA in the Bay Area!
