Laurie is great. Her program has been such a useful tool for healthy eating and exercise. It has allowed me to access answers to my questions at anytime. Working with Laurie is one of the best decisions I have made to take care of myself and live my best life yet. She is a true professional that cares about everything from how your day is going to how you’re meeting your goals to your overall health and how you feel. She never pushes you to do what she doesn’t think you are capable of resulting in a safe environment to workout to your best abilities without getting hurt. Each client is treated as an individual, no one exercise plan or nutrition guidelines meet every clients needs. I partner with clients to stay in touch outside of the gym whether through exercise plans delivered online between sessions, or to answer questions regarding workouts, nutrition or lifestyle recommendations.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to not compare yourself to anyone else. Just focus on being the best version of yourself! Genetics play a big part in everyone's physique so you may not be able to look like your favorite athlete or fitness model. Regular exercise, strength training, proper nutrition, rest and recovery will promote optimal health. The long term effect of a healthy lifestyle is a fit and toned body.

I love changing my clients perspective on exercise, healthy eating and taking them to another level. Challenging clients to new heights while providing a safe and effective workout keeps me motivated. The confidence clients gain is truly rewarding.

I have been an entrepreneur at heart for much of my life. I am so passionate about healthy living that it made sense for me to inspire others to make a change.

My background as a certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist allows me to offer a holistic approach to building healthy habits. My private coaching platform includes food and mood logging, lifestyle recommendations, and a secure messaging system. My virtual training methods concentrate on progressive, functional fitness, making everyday activities easier and injury free. I strive to provide safe and effective exercise for my clients and pay careful attention to form, fatigue and overuse.

I provide online instruction through my hippa compliant coaching app or zoom.

Private Personal Training sessions focus on safe and effective exercise tailored to your ability and fitness goals. Performed correctly and with the guidance of a trained professional Functional Training benefits include better joint mobility, flexibility, stability, and more efficient movement patterns. 30 and 45 minute appointments available.

Thorough assessment to gauge level of fitness and function following PT, Chiro or Orthopedic care. Custom exercise plan to limit regression, increase ROM, improve mobility and build strength, 8 weeks
